Anthony Holmes was an amazing experienced guide. He made the whole process to purchase my first car ever super easy. Very informational, knowledgeable, and very welcoming. He had an answer to every question and was straight forward and did no tip toe around to make excuses. Told nothing but the truth. Couldn’t be more grateful to have come here for my first purchase. Definitely recommend EchoPark and Anthony for anyone looking for a new vehicle. They have tons of options and they are all in great condition! 10/10

Thanks Isiah. I had my mind set on a Toyota and since I wasn't thrilled with one option and the other was way out of my price range he took it upon himself to find me something in my wheel house and we love it! Process was quick and easy. I also bought my first car from Echo Park and glad we went back. Everyone is nice and welcoming unlike the Toyota dealership we went to the same night glad we purchased from Echo Park. Thanks again ?

We had a great experience buying the car hassle-free in late-June. Although there was no negotiation on price, there was an agreement for the EchoPark service center to replace a piece of the grill that had been damaged/stained. It took several weeks to order the replacement grill and schedule a time to install it. I drove the car out in September, only to discover the incorrect part had been ordered (the Quatro badge was missing). I was old someone would follow-up with me to schedule a new appointment after the correct part was ordered. No one ever called, so I called a week later and got the appointment scheduled. Now, in October, taking the car back out to the service center, the grill was installed, but they still did not install the Quatro badge. Their service tech also did a very sloppy job reconnecting the plastic trim. The plastic was bent or incorrectly reattached and it seems to be permanently damaged. The service tech also made a ton of chips in the plastic when detaching the trim... Really unfortunate experience here.

Bryan V. was an amazing salesman, he got my daughter into her first financed car as an adult. 2021 Toyota Camry se, great financing and a lower payment. Quick and easy we were in and out. Proud parent and great service, will return for future family purchases.

To start, I wanted to say how wonderful Danielle was. I had been obsessed with one car that was on their lot basically since I started shopping for a new car. She was quick to get things going, even gave the car a minute to heat up since it was so cold. My husband and I both test drove the car and realized that it wasn't what we thought it would be. Danielle wasn't pushy about making sure we bought left with a car, but she was incredibly helpful. We test drove three cars, and I did end up buying the last one we tried out. Danielle got everything going so quickly, it was easy and painless. I would definitely recommend buying a car from here.

We purchased a 2022 Nissan Rogue we went a block and vehicle began to sputter and smoke. We went right back and returned car. We decided to purchase a different Rogue (2021). They did not expedite the process we spent from 10am till 6pm. Three weeks later the 2021 Rogue gave error codes for "AWD Failure" and "Engine Failure". Tyler was not helpful with the second issue said guest services had to deal with us. I do not recommend you purchase a vehicle from this business!!!

The worst customer service ever experienced.Saying I need a cashiers check to purchase a car and trying to make me purchase a maintenance package all this was coming from the person that works in their finance section.did not purchase the car and will never return there

I've purchased over 20+ cars in my lifetime, including purchasing cars in another state and flying out to get them (2 times). This was one of the most positive car purchasing experiences I've had. Everyone at Echo Park has been great to work with, from the sales person to the customer loyalty department. I couldn't ask to be treated better. I stopped by to look at a car on a Saturday afternoon a day before I was leaving for two weeks on a business trip. The car ended up being exactly what I wanted and in great condition (didn't plan to purchase or even think it would be what I wanted). They went out of their way to work with me on getting the payment made even though my bank was closed - kudos to them. It was a quick, easy, no wait no pain experience. There were a few things on the car that needed fixed, and they said no problem, just bring it in when you return and we'll take care of it. After returning from my trip, I took it in and Echo Park fixed everything as promised no problem, they even installed a new battery as the existing one was testing low! I then discovered a week later from the Subaru dealer that there was a TSB for a noise in the front end I was hearing, but the dealer would charge to fix it. I called Echo Park and they said they would fix it no problem if I brought the TSB and part in - sure enough they fixed it up while I waited - Thank you to Echo in the Customer Loyalty department! Not only are they great to work with during the purchasing process, but their after sales support is absolutely top notch (other car dealers fall short once the car is purchased, these folks provide A+ after sales service - it's amazing!) - I am thoroughly impressed with their customer service, pleasant staff, and after sales customer service. This was a great car buying experience! When I'm ready for another car, I will work with Echo Park. Thank you for making the car test drive and buying experience easy.

I use to be an avid customer with Echo Park so I don’t know what happened in the past few years, but I feel it’s my fiduciary responsibility to tell the public to be aware of some of their practices. My daughter just went through hell trying to buy a car. This was with a financial approval letter from a credit union.

Incredibly disappointed in the manager on duty this morning (10/23/23). I've shopped at EchoPark in the past and always had great experiences. Today was equally good until the manager came over to my wife and me and started being very pushy. EchoPark is great because they're not generally pushy at all.The sales guy (Brian) we were working with was helpful but the manger was awful. He got right in our faces.I told the manager that we were there to buy a car today (looking at Q5s and other small SUVs). I'm not sure what was going wrong with the manager's day but he kept trying to push us to make a decision right away. We'd only been there for a half hour or so. I told him I didn't want to work with someone pushy and would like to just work with Brian. The manager told Brian to leave and go to the back and he told me to get out of the store. I reiterated that I was ready to buy a car from him and he said "F*** you. You know what's happening here. You're a b*****."I had no idea what was happening there and it seemed like a guy on the verge of being violent and really losing it. We left, my wife in tears. I was blown away at this. I came in looking to spend thirty thousand dollars and walked away getting sworn at by an angry, unstable man.

With the help of Abram and Omar Alvarado I was able to walk away with the truck of my dreams. Excellent customer service and very friendly salesmen here. Abram was very helpful with assisting my needs and Omar Alvarado was extremely helpful with translating and explaining to us the whole process of financing a vehicle. Highly recommend this place!

Unimpressed. Found a suv I liked and agreed on a price. However, there were 2 minor issues to correct. The manger insisted I buy the car now and bring it back later for the repairs. I was ready to put money down and come back when the repairs were done, but that seemed to baffle the sales team. Seemed way to motivated to push the car out of the door that day rather than fix it first. I gave them my info to contact me once they had a time estimate but never got a call. Just pushing cars out the door

Update 10/11/2023 - I updated this review to 3 from 1 because Echo park's business office DID come through after I sent emails and calls, and DID finally fill out the proper form for the used EV purchase. I appreciate their willingness to do so. And I am now confident they will file the proper paperwork with the IRS.However, I still feel that I should not have had to confront 2 sales managers multiple times who were so, so sure I was wrong before getting the correct answer. This kind of arrogance on the part of management is disturbing. Echo park is a fairly big nationwide organization and they should have better training and support for their branches - And managers should be willing to do some research on their own to look into a customers concerns.----Wish I had looked at yelp reviews before purchasing from them!Do Not buy from them. The dealership was not competent and likely cost me $4000.Why is their return policy only 250 miles or 7 days when other online companies give you 1000 miles or 30 days?I purchased a used electric/hybrid vehicle and specifically asked the manager at the sale about getting the paperwork from them to qualify for the used clean vehicle tax rebate.He assured me that "all I need is their tax id and they would give that to me soon after the sale." and that there is no paperwork for them.I contacted them the next day about this, no response"I texted them, no response.The next day I looked it up myself on the IRS website.What he said was false, the dealership MUST fill out paperwork to confirm the facts of the sale and MUST give a copy of this paperwork at the sale to the customer AND file it with the IRS at the end of the year.I have emailed, called them, etc, and now I am unable to return the vehicle per their contract because it has been driven more than 250 miles even though it is just 3 days since purchase.It took me an hour of calling them to reach someone who again falsely told me they did not need to file the paperwork until I pointed them to the exact form at the IRS website and the instructions for the dealer.I am out of town and asked to ship it back (my expense) to them . The manager refused to take the car back.He then (finally) promised to send the proper paperwork to me. We shall see. Based on past performance of this dealership I don't trust him. Nor do I trust that they will file it with the IRS.I am not sure what laws exist in CO to address false statements by dealers during a sale, but I will be looking into it for sure.

Not happy i have had my car less then 90 days and its been in the repair shop 3 times and now my transmission is going out. They say to bad there is nothing they can do. Stay away stay far away. You will get screwed. If i could give worse then 1 star i would
