I would have gave 5 stars, the car was nice and the price was good. The service wasn't to good. I'll rent with Enterprise again, just not at the 104th and Grant location.

At this Branch, Alana and Gabriel were very helpful in managing the reservation and the selection of a very comfortable vehicle. This Branch does a very good job of "prepping" the vehicle for rental, always very clean and fresh, which is why I choose this location for all our family rentals. THANK YOU VERY MUCH to the Staff at 12K5 - you are EHI !!!

The wiper fluid froze in cold weather. It would have been fine but we had to drive through southern CO during a snowstorm. I couldn’t see anything through the windshield unless we stopped every so often to clean the windshield.

I want to personally thank all the staff at the 10350, Thornton location. Joey was primarily the gentleman I spoke with or corresponded with, but the entire staff was amazing. They help me so very much, when it came to renting a car, after a serious car wreck, I cannot thank them enough for making the process so easy. They were always so kind each time I called or had a question. I would highly recommend going to this location. Thank you all so much.

Never rent here !!! They overcharge, don't disclose hidden fees. I was charged over 45.00 @ day for a Chev Malibu!! I am a private individual that was stuck renting with this company because they have a contract with my insurance company. I needed the car 7 days after insurance claim. They charged the same rate like I was the insurance company. The car rents for 27.00 @day not 45.00. I never signed anything nor was I given a copy of the agreement. Customer service rep Amber just wants to justify this unethical business practice. Ripping people off is what they do, I asked to speak with a supervisor waited and waited, contacting an attorney THANKS

You know, I thought this would be an easy process with them speaking that they called me and set up an express appointment with me. Tell me why I got here at 10:30am for my appointment, and I got helped about 15 minutes later, which they did everything fairly fast and then told me it would be just a minute before I got the car. Well now I’m still sitting here, waiting for the car almost an hour later. They told me at 10:50 that the car was being cleaned and would take 10 minutes, well then 20 minutes passed, and the guy at the counter tells me he’s just NOW going to start cleaning the car. Mind you, I’m sitting in there waiting room watching 10 other people getting brought in and out and getting cars quick and easy, and I’m still here waiting for them to give me my car. On top of that I have a broken PELVIS… very unprofessional and rude of them to sit here and lie to me about what is being done when clearly nothing is being done. Especially when he said the girl was gonna take care of me and she just drank her coffee and helped everyone other than me :)))) it’s a Saturday, I have things to do and there is a reason why I had an express appointment set up.
Update: I finally got the car over an hour later and it has NO WORKING AC. Are you kidding me unbelievable

Good customer service
