Don’t have the expectation that you’ll get whatever you need here, fed ex wise. The lady behind the counter was rude and obnoxious while unhelpful! I was told this was where to take my fed ex package but this is a drop off ONLY site. I recommend you drive the extra 5 minutes to save yourself the headache of being told they can’t help you! Go to a fed ex office in just about any Walmart!

Do not ship with Fedex!! Their package insurance is a scam. I will never trust fedex to ship or receive any package. I will only use UPS & USPS from now on. Long story short, someone shipped me a package with over $200 worth of items and it was not delivered to my address, I am not sure where it was delivered to and neither does Fedex. They let me know since the driver said it was delivered then there is nothing they can do. This means a driver can deliver in the general surrounding area even to the wrong address or even steal the package, mark it as delivered and you are out of luck, they will do absolutely nothing. Stay away from fedex!!
