As of a week ago no longer doing fedex drop offs, lady at the desk told me that then finished with “we’ve had it posted up front on the desk all week” as if I even shop there.. only reason I went in was because the UPS Store sent me over. So if your trying to ship don’t waste your time taking any packages in.

The only person working in the store took me a few minutes to find. When I did find her she hadn't bothered turning any of the computers on so it took about 7 more min to checkout.

This is only a drop off spot. You have to have your own label and shipping already paid for. They do not weigh. If they’re they do not package they do not label it in any way to ship it it must be fully ready. Only drop off.
