Mary Carpenter, in paint. Total life saver. Second trip for stain after a blooper of a mess with our first attempt. She was so patient and helpful. Listened to our reservations about specific colors. Offered so much guidance! The boys and whatnot that the companies supply for you to pick from.... Don't use them. Mary has likely now added a decent amount of options during our mission to find another option. Not a single ounce of hesitation on Mary's part and she was busy. Typical Sunday busy with all kinds of customers. However Mary pretty much took care of our crazy struggle to select a freaking stain. Such a headache but she totally made this survivable! Thanks again Mary! You rock!

The service desk ladies were amazing. The way they returned all my dead plants that I failed to care for and water was outstanding!! The carefully returned the carcass of a plant I brought in dropping dirt all over and even swept up the mess I brought in with it. They did all this and with a smile, they all deserve a raise and pizza. The store is also very clean and updated, I highly recommend shopping here

I ordered two closet, mirrored doors that cost over 1800 dollars. After a delay in delivery I received an email saying there was damage. I went to the store and the customer service lady was very nice. They had nothing in their system so she made a call and all they said was they were BOTH damaged. The only offer I got was to re-order which put my project back another two weeks. They didn't even offer to deliver to my house. Lowes has much better customer seBrice.

The customer service does not help and they give attitude when you are trying to get the order number. They do not back up their products so if you buy their appliances watch out because you are stuck if they break or have any questions with them. Orlando, the supervisor, did not seem to care nor was helpful. This seems to be happening more and more lately which is making me and my business go to Lowe's and Ace Hardware.

I rented a truck for the first time from Home Depot on Sunday. What a great experience. I had issues trying to schedule a truck prior to Sunday so I called the store and Linda scheduled it for me and then followed up with a text. Bobbi and the store manager Bridget were very friendly and helpful getting the truck upon arrival on Sunday and Linda assisted me when I returned the truck. Everything went smoothly. Thank you, I will be returning to this location.

I would like to post a -5 star. But If you must shop here please avoid the Asst. Manager Nathan. He is rude, pompous and disrespectful. I purchased a new faucet while building our new home. We completed the build and I had a few left over items. I went to Home Depot, parked and walked straight in to returns. Obviously I had the faucet in hand. It's a large faucet and sealed with a plastics wrap and has an Home Depot shipping label. I didn't have my receipt and explained we built a new home and I had just been issued a a new credit card due to a lost card. Basically Nathan said "Nope. Can't be returned. Have a great day". I was confused and again explained that I didn't steal the faucet, I wanted to return it and store credit would be fine. It's only $179... Nathan responded "K. Bye. Have a great day". Super humiliating.... He should have looked at my email and noticed that I have spent over $11,000 there in the last 2 months!!! Being accused of being a thief is wrong and no one should just judge you based on your "cleaning house clothes". I was confused and scared but headed to Lowe's (new one on 287- 5++++ stars there btw) to return a sink. The man at Lowes said "no problem and returned the items. I then spent an additional $800 there! Avoid Nathan and Home Depot - unless you want to be accused as a thief.

Working on a renovation and we're here about every week if not multiple times a week. Associates are very helpful and knowledgeable. Online selection is amazing and way more products than in store.

Terrible shopping experience. Ordered garage shelving online for same day delivery. Waited around all day and nothing was delivered. Checked delivery status multiple times throughout the day and the status never changed. Contacted customer service multiple times -- it was always "scheduled" but no other info. Ended up cancelling at 9 pm after waiting all day for a delivery that was never made. Update: Refund didn't include what I was charged for a delivery that never happened!

Went to find a spark plug for my Lawn mower. i could not find it. So I went to the service dest and I was told to look for my spark plug in the electrical depart. Had to go to Auto Zone to get my spark plug.

I've never been so insulted in my life. My husband and I went to purchase more pavers, and three employees refused to help us, saying that in order to get 60 pavers we would have to buy the entire pallet ($401.00 worth) and that we would get a refund after we returned the rest..... which is weird because we were there this morning and did not have to do that. we proceeded to just load 60 on our cart and they accused us of stealing! Management was told and did nothing. All while we had to load everything ourselves, that's OK but, aren't we the customer? Let's just say, racism is alive and well at the N. Thornton Home Depot.
