Been having prescriptions sent here for almost a year with constant issues of them not being filled, with no communication when they are ready, having to call every time just to make sure they are, and call every time just to have them mailed or picked up. No website to make anything easier or check any status. They’ll have a prescription ready for a week (without informing you its ready) without doing anything until you call to ask it to be mailed or to be picked up. I have asked on multiple occasions, multiple people, if this is normal and was told that things should be mailed once ready, and that you shouldn’t have to call. Despite being told this, on almost every occasion me and my family have had withdrawals from medications we need because this pharmacy failed to fill them, notify they’re ready, or ship them in a timely manner. Medications, for mental health or otherwise, are incredibly important to be delivered on time and many medications dont offer early refills, so you have to expect timely service from the pharmacy. I havent had horrible experiences with customer service (hence the second star) but the quality of the pharmacy’s service has been a nightmare. Hopefully they can get a website or some sort of system to rectify this for future patients…

Never had an issue getting my meds refilled. Staff is very prompt and friendly - even when you can tell they have been having a busy day.

Very convenient, they can deliver right to your home. Sometimes it can take up to 5 days, but you can pick up from their location directly if that becomes too long of a wait!
