Any chance there can be a person to talk to when you have issues with Google in the future? Took me over 45 minutes to solve a problem and none of the Google tips helped

Can someone please explain what is the point in offering points for your time? Do these points have any monetary value? I understand that you get badges for views but can you cash it in for google play, google music ect.
