I needed a quick oil change and this was the closest place. I pulled up and my car was immediately taken back but nobody ever asked me what I wanted. When the oil change is over I was presented with a bill of over $100 for an oil change!! That is the most I have ever been charged for an oil change ridiculous. The tech left his greasy hand prints all on the hood

after getting an oil change I made it around the corner and it sounded like rock's in my engine before I could pull over my car shuts off open my hood and the engine is hot frist thing I thought is they did not put oil in my engine checked the oil stick and no oil i called and the assistant manager (so she said she was) showed up we found out they didn't even put the oil plug in she called the manger and he show up and it was his day off and confirmed they messed up after looking at the video from there pit. manger said the insurance will be getting ahold of me a month later I went in and asked what's going on I haven't got a call he said oh this happened before and it took a month for them to respond so two months later he said oh they will call you by the end of the week for sure and still no call so I went back in and talked to the manager for the 5th time asked for owners number or corporate and he told me get out of here don't come back slamed the door on me so now am going to file a lawsuit and what would of cost them a couple of thousand is now go to cost them around twenty grand now that my car is out and I do got video of EVERYTHING

My car started overheating 3 days ago. I took it to Grease Monkey to have the radiator flushed out. The people there were very nice. I did have to wait in line for about a half hour, but that wasn't bad because there were 2 cars ahead of me. Once they got me in, they got right to it, I was in and out in no time.
