Got an oil change here in 8/9/25. The young man running the crew was rude and condescending, offered no walk through of what was completed or any recommended services, had to be asked to put air in the tires and then today my check engine light is on, indicating a problem that was not there before. I will not go back and do not recommend this location. Previously, I had great experiences here, I’m not sure what changed, but wow, so disappointed.

I arrived at this location 1 hour before they closed. I needed additional service done to my car outside of just an oil change. One of the other Grease Monkey locations (136th) told me they couldn’t help me since there was only two of them working. The two guys working at 120th had no problem giving me the help and assistance I needed. Phil was the gentleman that took me in and he was accompanied by one other gentleman, Angelo. This location was super friendly and willing to give me the assistance I needed. I strongly suggest avoiding the 136th location and just go the extra 3 miles to the 120th location. Much better service and people that care. Thank you Phil and Angelo, you guys are awesome!

I want to do the service to my Jeep Cherokee and they did not do the service and I went and told them and they supposed to do a report, but they never did it into the date of today. I still haven’t received even my money. I have the proof that they didn’t do anything

Extremely disappointed. Going in for an oil change- full service means full
Service. They didn’t have in stock the filters I needed, they ended up buying one at a nearby store but they were out of stock of the other. Then I go and pay and I asked all the fluid is topped off and they are like no we are out of coolant and I knew mine was low and they confirmed. They should have mentioned they were low of stock or low out of stock of coolant before they start on vehicles. I am now having to go to another which I called and they are have all items in stock. I didn’t even get a chance to ask for the military discount since I was so disappointed and upset.

Always an awesome experience when I come and get my oil change and when my grandpa gets his car and truck oil change they make sure to take care of there customers and explain everything to you and they will let you know about EVERYTHING very respectful and that's why I always will keep coming back
