I always go to this Grease Monkey I live in Brighton but I drive all the way to Thornton to get my oil changed they always treat me just right the last time I was there they gave me a discount the lady that gave me discount was really really nice

I work nights and waited until they opened. I explained that and they were so kind and understanding. They did there best and even came in to explain I needed a new air filter. I AM VERY PLEASED with my service.

Had my oil changed here and went to Grand Junction for a wedding the following day. 80 miles into the drive the oil pan skid plate fell off because the kids here can't push the plastic clips back into place. It only fell off on the front two clips so the pan was dragging under my car and I had to get towed to a parking lot so I could climb under my car and pull off the next two clips and finish driving to the wedding. Cost me a ton out of pocket and my skid plate was shredded to bits. Sad that these kids are so rushed to crank out low quality work that they're known to not have the skills to push in two plastic clips properly. Avoid this place!!!

Isaac was good at explaining everything…. But I asked if they refilled my windshield wiper fluid and I was told yes ma’am we did and that’s not true. There was no windshield wiper fluid so it makes me wonder if everything else was checked.?

This review is specifically for Isaac and Anthony. Our vehicle stopped working at 104th and Colorado Blvd today. Right in the middle of traffic. Those two young men came to our rescue, pushing us out of harm's way and into the parking lot across the street. We cannot thank them enough. Next time we need an oil change, we'll take it there. The kindness and integrity they showed is so very appreciated.

This is a double trouble review about 2 different locations
Double Trouble: oil change done here. 2 mornings after a puddle in my garage. Friendly but fast service and all new faces. I know little about cars and thought it couldn’t be oil since I just had an oil change done. Thought it was coolant. Day 3 after oil change: en route to Albuquerque I stay overnight in Thornton and plan on stopping at Grease Monkey in Thornton just to play it safe before heading 6 hrs away. Completely out of oil, I’m told but because I’m driving a Grand Marquis they could only put in one bottle’s worth in it (young man was about 20 at most and didn’t look me in the eyes when telling me these ridiculous news. Somewhere in that same 3 minutes of attention I got I was told that this (Thornton) Grease monkey is not affiliated with Laramie’s service station. I asked calmly for the manager and this kid said he’s busy but he can see if technician that worked under my car can talk. He came and I told him what happened here in Laramie 3 days ago and where I’m headed, and if he would put his grand-daughter (he was a very friendly elderly technician) in that car en route to Albuquerque. He said the plug was never screwed in completely up in Laramie, hence the oil puddle in garage, but he fixed it, and I should have never been told that because of what I drive I only get one bottle. He added that yes, at this point he’d have his granddaughter drive it to Albuquerque and still had his boss look it all over, given how far I had to go.
One good thing that came of this: there was no need to have to replace an engine.

I have been a loyal customer for several years. I always tell the person that took care of my car that I got a $15.00 or $20.00 coupon and they always give me discount. Yesterday I was charged over a 100.00 dollar for simple oil change and when I told the employee about my coupon that I always get via mail , he said he needs to see the coupon to scan it because they are required to scan the coupons. So he refused to give me the discount. I come home to check the coupon and it doesn’t have any bar code or QR code as claimed by the employee. Your store refused to give me discount even though I have been getting oil change service at your location for almost a decade. You have lost a loyal customer and I will definitely go to other places that charge half the price.

The guys were Super helpful and offered to clean my existing battery terminals for free, but I went ahead and upgraded my battery with them anyways to prep for winter. They were cheaper than O'Reilly's including the install.
