The service was excellent and the customer service by Angelo was outstanding.. definitely will be coming back because of that guy. He made sure I was informed on what the were doing. Austin as well did a terrific job as well.. thanks for the oil change!!!you have a great team!!!!

Didn’t put the new oil in. Low pressure oil light came on as I was pulling into my driveway. Had to go back and get oil to put in at my house. Also lost a bolt on the air filter cover.

I arrived at this location 1 hour before they closed. I needed additional service done to my car outside of just an oil change. When I explained this to the gentleman working I was told, “Sorry there are only two of us working so we can only do oil changes. Can you bring your car back tomorrow?”. I explained to the gentleman that my car battery just died and I had to jump it in order to get to this location. The gentleman did not care and again insisted I bring the car back the next morning. So I then proceeded to go 3 miles down the street to another Grease Monkey location, located at (12060 Colorado Blvd) and explained my situation again to two gentleman. They were more than willing to help me and give me the assistance I was asking for. Even better, there were only two of them working at this location too. Do what you can to avoid this location and just go 3 miles south to the 120th location. The people at this location don’t care for your concerns.

Ive been here often. This time in particular was my first time in this car. I was directed in line, told to pull back because the other person was ahead of me so they could go first. We agreed on the price of an oil change, at $116. I agreed and sat inside.
It took about an hour, they informed me it would be more because my engine took more oil. Offered me filters, I declined. Handed me a sheet of reccomendations, I declined.
At checkout, I was greeted with the total of over $210. After gou g through it I was charged for a filter I declined. It was still alot. He took $20 off but it still ended up being $173.
I paid and sat in my car and did research to confirm it should be that much only to be yelled at by someone who forgot to put back my engine cover.
For a shop who is charging $200 for oil changes, the least you could do was put the cover back. Im glad I waited.
10 out of 10 wont be going back. Maybe it was a bad day for them but getting bent over for an oil change wasnt on my to do list. Thanks for that

I bring my work vehicle here to get serviced, we use them for our fleet at AAA service. This is my favorite location, im in and out pretty quick to get back to running calls. The staff is helpful. Great customer service.

I decided to do the higher service option with all of the fluids etc. checked since I was getting ready to drive cross country. I sat in the car as they did the service and noticed they didn't check ANY of the fluids or tires. When he handed me the receipt it had ever single box checked. I told him I didn't see him check any of the fluids that were marked. He said they were busy ( there were cars waiting behind me.) and didn't have time. I pointed out that all the boxes were checked saying he had checked the fluids. He told me the boxes automatically get checked as they page through the online system. I told him I had paid for those services because I was driving across country and I wanted him to check everything he was supposed to. He told me he didn't have time right then and wanted me to come back the next morning. I told him he had taken my money to do the job and he needed to do it. he checked my tires and a few other things but still not everything that was on the list. He told me this is what the manager says they have to do when they are busy with cars lined up. This is a horrible and dishonest way to do business. The corporate office should investigate this location unless they condone such behavior. Be careful and make sure they do the job!!
