Officially done with these places!!! Needed an emergency hair cut for an event…… I looked better with my long hair than I do with whatever they gave me!!! Super annoyed they can never get it right!!! Get your hair cut by the younger lady’s please all the others don’t know the difference between a simple low fade and whatever they gave me! Didn’t want to make a scene or put the lady on blast in front of customers but I really would like my money back

I always sign in through their app so I don't have to sit and wait for a stylist, it's so easy to use. We go here regularly bc we have 5 boys. They are always happy with their styles they choose.

I cannot say enough good things about Sydney— She is truly a gem. She took the time to understand exactly what my daughter wanted (even when my daughter wasn’t totally sure herself) and somehow delivered results that were even better than she imagined.
The cut, the vibe—everything was on point. What really stood out, though, was the care and attention she gave her as a person, not just a client.

I would love to name the individual that cut my hair yesterday, as she is a MIRACLE WORKER! I will refrain from doing so out of respect for her privacy. The work she has done for me, twice so far, has been phenomenal!
I have had my hair cut by one other stylist here and it was... Not very good... Great Clips has some EXTREMELY SKILLED staff here, you just have to nose them out, or well... They have at least one EXTREMELY SKILLED staff member that I know of! I do not know how many employees they have here.

I felt like the older lady that cut my hair was being prejudiced. She had a bad attitude towards me I think because I was Brown. She was asking me where I was from. My hair is in even I would
never go back there. I trusted her with my hair . The lady that cut my hair had short blonde hair and she was an older lady don't go to her.

DO NOT GO HERE!! THE MANAGER CINDY IS RUDE, ARROGANT, AND EXTREMELY LAZY AND ILL MANNERED ESPECIALLY IF YOUR NOT OF A COLOR SKIN SHE LIKES!!! IT WAS OUR FIRST AND LAST TIME WE WENT TO THIS LOCATION TODAY. THE LADY THAT CHECKED US IN WAS KIND AND EXTREMELY FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. UNLIKE THE MANAGER WHO DIDNT EVEN SMILE OR GREAT US! LET ALONE TRIED TO TELL US THAT IT US SCIENTIFICALLY IMPOSSIBLE TO CUT THE HAIR THE WAY MY SON HAS BEEN GETTING HIS HAIR CUT FOR THE LAST 5 YEARS!!! NOT TO MENTION HIS FATHER WAS LITERALLY BEING HELPED BY THE NICE LADY THAT CHECKED US IN GETTING THE EXACT SAME STYLE DONE!!! I TOLD MY SON THAT SHE DOESNT WANT TO CUT HIS HAIR THE WAY HE WANTS IT. SHE RESPONDED WITH I DIDNT SAY THAT I EXPLAINED ITS IMPOSSIBLE. BUT NOW I RUFUSE TO CUT IT! MY HUSBAND HAD ALREADY SAT DOWN AND WAS GETTING HIS HAIR CUT, WHEN I TOLD HIM THAT SHE REFUSES TO CUT OUR SONS HAIR AND NOE HAS AN ISSUE WITH US. SHE SAID NO WITH A HUGE ATTITUDE AND THEN WALKED AWAY AND HID IN THE BACK. I ASKED THE NICE LADY FOR THE MANAGER AND THATS WHEN I FOUND OUT THAT THIS RUDE, ARROGANT LADY WAS THE MANAGER. I ASKED IF THERE WAS A CORPRATE PERSON THAT I COULD CALL TO COMPLAIN TO AND FOUND OUT THAT THIS LOCATION IS PRIVATELY OWNED AND ONLY THE MANAGER KNOWS THAT INFORMATION. I WATCHED AS OTHER PEOPLE WALKED IN AND SAW HOW SHE TREATED THEM DIFFERENTLY. SMILED AND GREATED THEM. UNLIKE OUR NONEXISTENT WELCOME AND NONEXISTENT SMILE SHE PRIVIDED US. WE LITERALLY WENT NEXT DOOR TO A COMPETING BUISNESS, WHO PRIVIDED MY CHILD WITH THE HAIR CUT WE ASKED FOR FRIM GREAT CLIPS AND WAS TOLD BY GREAT CLIPS MANAGER THAT IT WAS SCIENTIFICALLY IMPOSSIBLE!!! A STYLE HE HAS HAD FOR 5 YEARS!!! AS WELL AS AN EMPLOYEE THEIR GIVING THE SAME STYLE TO MY HUSBAND!!!SO EITHER MANAGER CINDY JUST DOESNT KNOW HER JOB OR REALLY JUST DIDNT WANT TO CUT MY CHILD'S HAIR. WHO ALSO KEPT TRYING TO APOLOGIZE THINKING HE DID SOMETHING WRONG!!! I DONT CARE WHO OR WHAT INDUSTRY YOUR IN. WHEN YOU ARE SO RUDE TO A CUSTOMER WHO IS OF A YOUNG AGE YOU HAVE SOME SERIOUS ISSUES AND I WILL LET THE WHOLE WORLD KNOW HOW AN ADULT THINKS ITS OKAY TO EMOTIONALLY ABUSE A CHILD!!!! I WILL NOT LET THIS GO AND I FRANKLY DONT CARE IF PEOPLE THINK IM BEING UNFAIR. ADULTS SHOULD NEVER EVER BULLY CHILDREN OF ANY AGE. ESPECIALLY YOUNG ONES THAT ARE NOT EVEN TEENAGERS!!! I HOPE THE OWNER OF THIS SHOP READS THIS AND FIXES THE SITUATION AT THIS SHOP!!
