It was great while I was there. But could not rent a vehicle with my debit card because it's reloadable. It was a visa from bancorp, but wouldn't allow them to freeze the necessary $1,100.

Big Thank You to Josh and His staff They have been so helpful and Just the most amazing Humans I Love This Hertz location and Would Say If your car got hit and you need a replacement to hold you over it just need a car to take you around Josh and his team Got Your back I wish That Hertz had more personal people working in all their Locations even if you guys have to travel Please Skip the Hertz over In Englewood Colorado and Make the trip Out North I swear You'll be so Grateful for the amazing costumer service Sorry to Those Driving for Lyft and Need a Rental Car Only Englewood Hertz Rents to LYft . And That Location has the worst staff car and customers service. I suggest Working for UBER and Renting Thru Avis

Never get the car I order on line, never get reimbursed for the price difference, and I ored a pickup at 12 when they close at 12 if I hadn't come early I wouldn't have got a car and they new about my reservation...The people are rude will answer personal phone calls well you are asking questions.They always say they are cheaper online and never are save yourself the hassle and use any other car rental company.

1st apparently they dont do the courtesy shuttle 9 mins away from the Hertz location after I dropped my car off because for some reason they can't on Saturdays because they dont have enough people. I'm pretty sure it takes one person to drop somebody off and there was at least 3 people in the office. Then there was a miscommunication on the money already paid and the amount to be refunded. I was under the impression I paid and paid a deposit so I would get the deposit back when I return the car. WRONG!! THEY CHARGE YOU AGAIN WHEN YOU BRING THE CAR BACK AND THEN RELEASE THE INITIAL PAYMENT AND INITIAL SECURITY DEPOSIT. Doesnt that seem like it should all just be called an initial security deposit. They should tell the customer you pay the amount to hertz TWICE and get refunded the first. This completely screwed up my bank account and now I'm going to experience numerous overdraft fees because he charged the wrong card. I asked him to refund it on that card and just use the card I had on file but he refused to help and said i had to call a number(at the time was closed for another +40 hours ). I'm still waiting to call customer service but I have a feeling I'm going to have a similar experience. I feel like I deserve a refund for my uber I had to use. I had to use a uber because they dont honor their policy. At this point the only thing that would make this better is just refund me the extra charge and one of the 2 days I rented, at least smh. A horrible experience on top of your own car being broke down and that's why you needed the rental in the first place

I got put through them because of a car accident, and the service was so dang good that I had to go back for a personal rental!!! Man the courtesy!!!! I'll definitely go back again.

I booked a car online and when I went to pick it up, they didn't have it available. They needed to upgrade me to a higher class vehicle but we're telling me I needed to pay for it. The guy told me he could get fired if he upgraded me for free, which is probably not true. He told me there was a policy that I'd need to pay for the upgrade, but when I pulled up the email, it literally said the opposite. Eventually they paid the upgrade fee.He saw that the cars were available online and people could still book them even though they didn't have them and just didn't do anything about it, so this problem would keep happening to others.I saw this happen again for another person when I dropped off the car. They are overbooking cars and pushing the prices off on the customers.The car also smelled like smoke.They were very nice, it just doesn't seem right what they're doing.

Wasn’t sure what to expect have not rented from Hertz in years due to the crapshoot service. However we got an upgrade on the car only to have to take it back because the brakes were shot, was told if I wanted to keep the same size vehicle I would have to exchange at the airport. So after several attempts to call Hertz at the airport (no answer) I decided to go there walking in to about fifteen employees standing around doing nothing. I took the car that was given and left. I ended up having to extend my trip went back to Hertz in Thornton where Josh and his team gave me a bigger car at no additional charge. He said he felt bad that I went to the airport to exchange and they didn’t even try to help with a same exchange. All that said, I appreciated working with the team in Thornton giving them this rating However have decided not to ever rent cars from Hertz again.

I wasn’t expecting much but I got even less!Since I am pushed to give at least one star I would like to use for the things those people must to be smoking over there. Had to be some good stuff!I am delighted to share my recent encounter with extraordinary team of indifference and arrogance.I reserved a Tesla online and it was supposed to be guaranteed. However, when I arrived at the car rental place, they told me they didn’t have any Tesla available and offered me a Mitsubishi Outlander instead. They didn’t even bother to inform me beforehand, even though they knew it the previous day. I wasted my time and money to get there from the airport. When I refused to accept the Outlander and asked for another option, they were very rude and threatened to call the police if I didn’t leave. It was as if they were auditioning for the title of"Most Unhelpful Employee of the Year." This is the worst customer service I have ever experienced.We were sitting with our luggages in front of store, trying figure out what we gonna do and we looked so desperately someone actually asked us if we need help or some money. Unfortunately it wasn’t anybody from Hertz company, they will give me my money back (since I pay in full) but is gonna take like 2 weeks. I hope you and your bro manager had a beautiful date in my car so you could continue licking your butts :)

I had a reservation for 8-18-23 and when I arrived that morning I was told "sorry, we don't have any cars". I received zero warning before my arrival and the employees offered zero assistance finding an alternate rental. All they did was refer me to the overseas customer service line to try and find another location with an available vehicle. Three other customers with reservations came in while I was waiting for an Uber and they were all turned away.

This company deserves 0/5 stars. We reserved a vehicle weeks in advance as we are vacationing from out of town. They ended up telling us when we got here that all of their inventory was gone and they didn’t have a car for us. What a JOKE.

They gave me a dirty car, had to have a jump 2 times,And smoke film on the windshield. Couldn't even see out of it at night. My wife had to clean it as well as the whole car, which had ash on the diver side as well as dirt and fries, straw paper, and sandThen, charge me $200, which was going to be $400For an ash being on the seat, what may have come from the guy who helped jump the car agin who was smoking, I hope we never have to us them agin as I was returning the car a other customer was returning a car that broke on him to one thing I got out of this was make sure you do a walk around and look at everything I never had this happen to me and I have rented a lot of cars I never used Hurtz before and I sure am not going to agin I will definitely let my insurance company know how bad this company is

This was best car rental experience that I have had so far. It was very easy to get my rental and to contact employers if needed to. Also was a smooth and easy return. Miguel was very informative on the process. Thank.
