The staff at this location was less than pleasant to work with, no one walks around to help and we had to go up to people with the information in hand in order for them to look up the items I needed! One staff was asked for support and seemed she had a preference on the people she wants to help and never came to help then was seen helping someone else and didn't care whatsoever when we walked by, worst customer service ever!!

Customer service at this location is top notch. Always well staffed! Everyone is genuinely wanting to help, engaging in small, polite, and interesting conversations. It's huge difference from other box stores

We made 2 visits to talk with flooring department about surround stone around fireplace. Each time, a different story but were assured they could do the ordering and installation. We had to pay $35 for person to measure. We did. I called today to get the quote promised. I was disconnected 4 times. Was told they cannot do the work. What the heck. I recommend not doing business here.

I’ve come across to this home depot hundreds of times and not once have I been offered a helping hand. The only time someone offered to help was another customer who saw me struggling to carry something. They never know where anything is and lie to me about what I need for my projects. It just seems very unprofessional.
