We went to do laundry yesterday, pulled into the lot, parked, and went about getting our laundry together. We were about to head in when there was a knock at the door (we are in a camper), and there were two officers outside.
We were told the property manager called saying we had been there for two days and he wanted us to leave. We informed law enforcement that we had not been there for two days, and stated our proof, but it didn't matter. The property manager said what he said, and the officers insisted again that we had to leave.
We asked about doing our laundry, since that's why we were there (this laundry mat is one where you have to load the card and we had money left from another time we were there), and they said no that we had to leave.
So now we have this laundry card with money on it that we can't use because the property manager wouldn't let us stay to do our laundry. I couldn't find a way to check the balance and contact customer support to see about refunding us or money. We will not be going back after the treatment we received. It was highly disrespectful and insulting, and the property manager is a liar.
Stay away from this laundry mat or you might get stuck with a laundry card that you can't use.

Don’t expect to see handicap parking by wave max. Some new business moved in and just has their van sit in the spot 24/7 and never move the van
