My wife and I had a wonderful experience with Liz. I have been having trouble finding shoes that fit and Liz took the time to help me find the right shoes. She was very knowledgable about the items she carried and how to find the right ones for me.

this review is reflective of this location not Johnston and Murphy's product. I enjoy their clothes and shoes, this location closes early for no reason at all. It's happened a couple of times. showed up with a return at 6:50PM, online it said they didn't close until 8, no one was there and the doors were locked, that happened more than once. now I have to come back with the return again.

I have be a fan of Johnston & Murphy for many years spending thousands and always recommend the brand. However, I can no longer recommend a company that is no longer military friendly. The outlet in Thornton CO will be but on notice within my circle.

I purchased a pair of boots from this store in the fall of 2022, a few months before actually wearing them. Fast forward a few months, on the second outing one of the metal eyelets that guides the lace tore off. I remember being annoyed, but it wasn’t a huge deal. On the third outing the entire heel fell off of the boots. I attempted to exchange or seek repair from the store for boots that I still considered to be new. Being outside of the return period they were unable to do anything for me besides recommending I see a shoe repair shop. This is really unfortunate because the boots were well over $200 at the time and even had to be shipped to my home adding an additional week or two early on. I don’t have the time to deal with a very subpar product at exceptional prices, so they are sitting in the trash can right outside of the store. So yourself a solid favor and DO NOT BUY a product from this company. I really wish I could give 0 stars from this experience.

Went to exchange a pair of the Barrett Cap Toe Boots for a different size on 1/7/23, and the salesman gave me a completely different pair of shoes and didn’t say anything. I did not realize that I was given a completely different pair until I was home an hour away.

Worst customer service experience. At very beginning it was good, they let us look and find what we want, but didn't have right size, and promised to find at another location and ship it to us. Or to give us a call. They didn't call, I tried to call them 4 times they've been putting me on hold and never talked to me.
