Lain was such a pleasure to be greeted by and helped by today. I loved how she was so personable with the customers and we were helped with our purchase with a smile and such great customer service. She deserves a raise and to be noticed by her management team. Thank you Lain.

Thank you to, Justina for the wonderful service and staying open long enough for us to get back to school things. All of the other stores were closed. She saved us big time!! All with a smile on her face! Great service!!!!

I had a really disappointing experience at this Journeys location. One of the male employees (unfortunately I didn’t catch his name) was incredibly rude and unprofessional. I asked him a few simple questions about some shoes, and not only did he seem annoyed, but he also referred to me as “bruh” - which felt very disrespectful and completely inappropriate in a customer service setting. I expected a lot better from a retail store. I do not recommend this location.

5 stars for being one of the only places to be open, even though the mall didn’t close for 20 minutes. and a very pleasant staff!! amazing service, i asked for a converse and they brought me out other options they thought i would like! i was helped by a young tall girl named lea? she was very professional and helped me pick out socks which i didn’t even know i needed!! at the end she also recommended a protective spray for the white converse i got which i also never would have thought to bought! overall an amazing experience, i would come back to this mall just to shop with her!

The cashier was really unprofessional. She didn't greet us and gave us bad looks all the time. She literally throw the money at me when I came in for a return.

Went looking for a pair of shoes, requested one pair on a size 9. The employee ( young lady with home dyed hair) comes out and tells me she has a 10 and 1/2 and that usually this should fit. Not sure where that logic applies for tennis shoes, so I proceeded to say don't worry and thank you but those were too big to even try. She went out of her way to be rude and speak to us as she pleased. Wouldn't recommend

I highly DO NOT recommend this location! I was in recently this week shopping with my daughter and was being helped by Chayanne. The service was over all terrible, my daughter was talked to rudely and was being pushed to buy things we had repeatedly refused. By the end of the interaction we had decided to leave and not purchase anything.

My husband and I were in this store on Saturday and we both tried on shoes and bought a pair of shoes. The customer service was amazing! I have never been treated with so much care! The two young ladies helping us went above and beyond for us! Thank you!

Went here because the converse store next door didn’t have what we were looking for. We ended up getting Van’s instead. The price was reasonable and the sale women was helpful in getting my daughter into the right shoe.

The supposed manager was so rude I believe her name was Cheyenne she was disrespectful to her employee, she was calling one of the employees out in front of the customers. She also made an improper dance move in front of customers while there was children in the store actingas if she was at a club. So unprofessional. She also tried forcing me to buy socks from her after I told her many times “no thank you” and she kept insisting I don’t recommend this store at all. I just feel bad for the employees.
