Must see handbags and purses ? I’m obsessed with this store. It’s clean and tidy, and there’s always new stuff coming in. The staff is especially friendly and helpful. Plus there are awesome deals going on all the time, Kate Spade is amazing quality.

I love that this outlet store is so close to me. I’ve ordered online and picked up there but I’ve also shopped their inventory and purchased several bags there. Service is fantastic. I’m greeted at the entrance and asked if I need help finding anything. And the outlet prices are nice too!

Today, the service was terrible. I was actually pretty shocked. No one asked if we needed help. The cashier was not friendly, and there was no eye contact. My purchase said $35.00. When the cashier rang it up, she said $75.00. When I told her that item was actually on sale, she just stood there and looked at me without saying a word. I thought we were having a staring contest. I left the store empty-handed and went to MK. Actually, I got a better deal. It's so sad to see the younger generation without manners or have any customer service.

Hailey was so helpful and was able to locate and save a matching set of a wallet and clutch for me. I checked the near by stores and they didn't come close to the professionalism and selection of this store. Absolutely returning for Christmas!
