It took 1 week for them to fill my blood pressure medicine. Prescribeded by urgent care. NEVERMIND DOGS I DID NOT DIE. BOY OH BOY. AND THEY KEEP ON ADVERTIZING.

Had the chance to go with my wife to pick up the rest of her prescriptions that they couldn’t fill the first time just for them to short her once again on her prescription. Telling her that they can’t fill that much at once then telling her next time call and let us know so we can have that amount to fill. So I told Balar she has told and communicated this to not one but three of your pharmacist here and you guys still can’t get it right. Never owning up to their mistakes and still trying to be in control of what her doctors have prescribed for her that’s all they are doing to her is trying to be in power of her meds which is wrong and unprofessional. You’re not her doctor!! This place is so unprofessional and very disorganized and continuously tried to cover up lies and mistakes and never fixing any problems they cause for my wife.. they need more training and more accountability for their customers and not try to control what they can take or how much.. she will not be going back to this pharmacy believe that!! If I could not give a star I wouldn’t they don’t deserve one star at that

They’re so unprofessional. I feel they enjoy talking to each other. Take Women a long time to get my prescription. I feel they need to be retrained on customer service.

I love this pharmacy. They may be busy at times but that’s understandable with such a high volume. They are always helpful & do what they can for me, whether it be communication abut not being abut to reach my Dr or helping me with my GoodRX.

This pharmacy is bad. Days to get a prescription filled and the staff is extremely rude. I changed over from Walgreens cause I thought they were incompetent, this place is far worse.

I’ve never had poor service with this pharmacy. I’ve had the pharmacist call me and let me know if a medication wouldn’t be available in a timely manner. All of the techs are super friendly and I never feel rushed, even if there’s a long line. If I have issues they do what they can to help. I drive out of my way to go to this King Soopers.

Piss poor service. Sabrina is unkind and unhelpful, repeatedly being told my prescriptions are ready but in store that they are not there. Minimal compassion, no accountability. The store is great and the pharmacy is a stain on it. Will be discontinuing service from this pharmacy after today. Disappointing after coming here as a family when I was a kid. I guess new staff is just ineffective, bummer.

I’m actually shocked at how many negative reviews this pharmacy has. They are super sweet, friendly, and they listen to any concerns you have. People just need someone to blame half the time ?. Good job guys!

After double surgery, they still neglect to fill a prescription needed Stat from my surgeon. Like another review I've read, YOU DONT REFILL ITEMS CALLED IN FROM DOCTOR/SURGEONS till we come days later expecting them to be ready. You make every excuse, earlier this week you didnt know why my script didn't get delivered as it was setup to be. When I do get someone on the phone, you are courteous and have done your best to get them timely ready, but that is only after it being brought to your attention and after my husband stood in line multiple times expecting them to be ready. I mean why does a pharmacy wait days after to fill something? And, why don't you let us know? The healthcare industry is broken enough as it is. You should have some attention to this negligence brought forth to your superiors who should fix it or close you down. No one should be waiting endless days for prescriptions for pain or mental health. I thought Walgreens was bad...

Edit - Changed review to 5 stars. They have really upped their game and I feel like that deserves acknowledgement. I used to have problems like other reviewers but now feel I can endorse this pharmacy as a good one.

This comment doesn't just pertain to pharmacies, this has been the worst experience, the worst service of ANY business I have come across. Every single prescription takes 2-3 days to fill. they will not fill most until I come in looking for it and there always an excuse. Meds on back order for weeks. EXTREMELY rude staff. Go.literally anywhere else. People NEED their meds. this isn't a game but this place doesn't care at all. I'm never fired up about this stuff but i will be encouraging everyone i meet to go elsewhere.

The staff seem nice enough but I mostly chose this pharmacy because it had a drive up window, but it seems like they find any excuse to close it. You can tell when someone has come around and yelled at them because it will be open for a while and then go back to being almost constantly closed.
