People are very nice and they get you're prescription fairly quickly. I drive past the store on 120th up to the store because the drive through is open

Friendly folk at this location. One thing to keep in mind, and I don't know if this is specific to this store, or a common issue across pharmacies: If there is a problem with your prescription, they can at times be a bit lax about following up to get it resolved, so I recommend monitoring the progress by calling or using their King Soopers App
They are pretty good about getting you through occasions when you weren't on top of requesting a refill and are about to run out by giving a partial fill.
Another thing I like about this pharmacy is their auto refill approach when you have a several prescription that don't line up with each other. They will schedule the refills to be synchronized to be ready at roughly the same time, reducing the number of trips for pick up.
Overall I feel very comfortable recommending this pharmacy. It is as good as any I have used, and I have used plenty of different ones

The tech, Jocelyn, is quite possibly the unhappiest person alive. Any time she is seen interacting with anyone, she is rude and cold. She’s unnecessarily impolite and has very little social skills for someone who chose a patient-facing profession dispensing medications (ie. sick people). This is polarizing behavior for any employee, much less a provider to patients. 10 thumbs down - do better.

I’m so glad my insurance is working with King Soopers pharmacy again. Service is a million times better than “across the street” and you don’t have to spend hours waiting at their drive through.

The Pharmacist at this location is simply awful. My husband and I both have had multiple issues with the woman in charge. Most recently she refused to fill a script of mine on day 13 of a 14 day prescription, insisting it was too early. Of course, the King Soopers up the road filled it within 10 minutes. Don't bother with this place. Go up the road to the store on Quebec. The Pharmacist there is an actual human being!

This is the best pharmacy in the area. They were overloaded prior to the kings on Quebec opening but that resolved. The staff are always kind, professional, timely, and helpful. My insurance is no longer accepted but they help me with discount coupons. I would prefer to go here without insurance than fill elsewhere with my insurance. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried and just end up coming back here.

Dropped my Rx on Friday and was told the item was in stock and would be ready in 30 min. I decided to come back later to pick it up and ended up returning two days later. I went to the drive-through to pick it up, and the girl helping me kept saying she couldn’t hear me, even though I was literally yelling at this point. She finally found my prescription but was staring at the screen for a few minutes. She walked away for another few minutes and comes back to tell me it won't be in until tomorrow with a nonchalant shrug. I let her know that when I dropped it off, the guy told me that it was there and it would be available in 30 minutes I feel like she believed me, but she disappeared for a few more minutes again. She finally returned to tell me that oh yeah, it is here but she’ll need about 45 minutes to have it ready. I assumed it would be ready for pick up and I would get on with my life but apparently I was wrong, so I will have to make another trip to pick this up and maybe it will be ready who knows.

The pharmacist Trang is very helpful , she takes her time with each customer and is attentive.
