This is the best pharmacy in the area. They were overloaded prior to the kings on Quebec opening but that resolved. The staff are always kind, professional, timely, and helpful. My insurance is no longer accepted but they help me with discount coupons. I would prefer to go here without insurance than fill elsewhere with my insurance. I won’t go anywhere else. I’ve tried and just end up coming back here.

They never have prescriptions ready on time. They are unorganized. It takes them days to fill basic prescriptions. Unreal

Dropped my Rx on Friday and was told the item was in stock and would be ready in 30 min. I decided to come back later to pick it up and ended up returning two days later. I went to the drive-through to pick it up, and the girl helping me kept saying she couldn’t hear me, even though I was literally yelling at this point. She finally found my prescription but was staring at the screen for a few minutes. She walked away for another few minutes and comes back to tell me it won't be in until tomorrow with a nonchalant shrug. I let her know that when I dropped it off, the guy told me that it was there and it would be available in 30 minutes I feel like she believed me, but she disappeared for a few more minutes again. She finally returned to tell me that oh yeah, it is here but she’ll need about 45 minutes to have it ready. I assumed it would be ready for pick up and I would get on with my life but apparently I was wrong, so I will have to make another trip to pick this up and maybe it will be ready who knows.

Please hire more people. I LOVED this store for the longest time, but am going well out of my way to shop elsewhere now. The poor kids that do the pickup orders are so nice, but they are always slammed. I've had to cancel my order 3 separate times after sitting in my checked-in spot for 30 or more minutes. It's a huge waste of time and I've finally sworn off this store. You guys can do so much better! Fingers crossed his majesty, King Sooper, can figure this out.

Was told to come back in 2 hours no mention that they were closing for lunch came back exactly 2 hours later to be turned away till 130. Would be nice if I was told that from the beginning now sick with strep I have to come back for the second time.

I finally had to switch to a different pharmacy. I have a time sensitive, once per month medication. They never have my medicine ready on time, even when I speak with them prior to the due date. I’m constantly running to different King Soopers locations to get my medicine on time because they’re out of stock and didn’t prepare ahead of time. They shut down the drive through whenever they feel like it. I once showed up at 8:30 and realized that they didn’t open until 9, so I ran across the street to get a coffee and kill time. I came back to a sign that said that they would opening at 10. The staff is nice enough but this location is a kind of a mess.

The pharmacist (a woman) is extremely knowledgeable and helpful! Wow she knew the answers. Also the woman checking me out went above and beyond to be helpful.

. This store should close their doors. Their produce department is a joke, their prices have raised in a stupid way and nothing is ever priced correctly anyway. Terrible cus "worst"!

Kind and nice staff who are busier than they ever wanted to be. The wait can be long, the only reason for 1 less star...maybe relief for everyone when the new store opens...AND if anyone wants to work with people these days ?

Terrible pharmacy. Rude, lie about when drugs will be ready “today after 5” I come back after 5, “tomorrow after 5” still not ready. They don’t care about customers at all. Never “I’m sorry” for getting it wrong. Will find another pharmacy…suggest you do also.

Scheduled a flu shot online multiple days in advance, the pharmacy called me 20 minutes before my appointment to tell me they are changing their hours that day and ask if I can come in early or the next day. No I can't that's why you have an appointment system in the first place. Maybe look at your scheduled appointments before deciding you want to bail on work. Bums. Thanks for making it harder for me to get my flu shot. Gfy

Why do I have to pay premium grocery prices to bag my own groceries? Please hire more clerks. And don't think it's because they pay their employees great! My friends that have worked there for years make less than $15/hour. I agree store is too crowded with merchandise to navigate especially the bakery. Often out of common products even before the pandemic. I started using instacart because I didn't want to deal with this store anymore, but then my shopper would go to this location and have the same issues! I switched to Walmart on 128th.
