I went to the store to purchase a replacement chair for my Dad. Chad and the other staff were amazing. He realized the chair was under warranty and encouraged me to call Customer Care to resolve the situation and saved my parents significant money. His honesty and integrity is greatly appreciated when we were ready to purchase a new chair! They also have some nice clearanced pieces. Thank you!!!

Miquela was amazing! They were training three new people and she was working the floor by herself. She had a lot of customers all at the same time and never got frazzled! She was amazing and will ask for her the next time we shop there.

Everyone was so helpful and knowledgeable.
They even matched a price because the chair we were getting sold 15 minutes prior to us getting there. The delivery was on time and the guys were great as well.
