When we arrived, there was already a line of people filling up the pharmacy area. We asked someone and they had already been there for 2 hours. We waited for an hour and decided to leave when the person we spoke to WAS STILL WAITING. Not a single person had been seen while we were there.
As of writing this review, it's been 5 hours since we checked in and STILL HAVENT RECEIVED THE TEXT. The check-in system is an unmanned kiosk so I honestly can't tell if someone is even working at LabCorp. There should be a law against companies like this that waste your entire day.

I went to lab corp for simple blood work and left with. massive bruise. The tech was very impersonal and gave me absolutely no warning before sticking me with the needle. Not to mention I was also seen 45 minutes after my scheduled time. Definitely will not be returning.

To the very unfriendly nurse that did my paperwork then ended up having to draw my blood. The phlebotomist could not get a good flow. All I am saying is bedside manner goes a long way. Some people have a hard time having blood drawn. You should be considerate of that.
Sorry to say it was a very cold visit.

I wish I could give less than (1) star because they don't even deserve that. Their policy is to refuse service even though there is a payment plan noted in their own system. My wife has a very serious condition and we missed our scheduled blood draw that per the doctor was critical all because we didn't have a verification number. The ladies that work there were very rude and showed zero compassion even though their own system said "Yes" under the payment plan section of the billing. This company only cares about money and not the customer, they act like insurance has not already given the 80% plus of their money already and they will refuse service for $3.00. I wish there was another lab that would take their place because they are terrible and so are the people they hire to work there.

Negative stars
Black female tech got very passive-aggressive and disrespectful toward me and my 7 y/o she referred to my child as "THE KID" and denied me a pre employment drug screening. She twisted the situation and told me they were not a "day care" which was irrelevant because i was there for a pre employment drug screening NOT DROPPING MY CHILD OFF? I told her how would she feel if someone referred to her child as "the kid" all she responded was "OKAY" with a nasty attitude like a teenager. And shut the door in my face. I called police for this aggressive behavior toward me and my child. As a result of her pettiness costed me my job offer. I also held my bladder for over an hour to do a drug screening. Thank you!

Do not waste your time coming here, appointment or not. You will still wait over an hour. A standalone LabCorp is much more efficient and professional than anything in a Walgreens…

Irma and T were amazing! I had to take my mom for some labs for her Dr. I was stressed since mom has dementia and had torn all her cards out of her wallet and I couldn't find them. T assured me they could still do labs without her insurance card and helped me get her checked in. Irma was very kind even though my mom repeated herself a lot, and Irma was able to get a vein on the first try which never happens with my mom. I am so grateful to both of them!!!

This was my first time at Labcorp. I have really bad veins and blood draws are a challenge. Both ladies were patient and did their best to get the job done. Thank you both ladies for your professionalism!

Wasn’t seen when I got there before closing at 4:30 because “they close at 4:30”. Just got out of a two hour doctor appointment and rushed over to get my labs drawn before 5 PM closing time. The lady told me that I’ll have to come back tomorrow when they’re open because they have already closed. I questioned her knowing that the closing time is 5 PM And I really need this lab work done. I asked if any other facilities can take my labs and she says “the hospital can but they close at five.” At this point I was highly upset because she was denying me care when I need it most. I understand the inconvenience of showing 30 minutes before closing although they WERENT closed yet.
