My stay at Lamberston Farm has been nothing but wonderful. The leasing ladies (especially Melissa) have been extremely helpful. The community is quite and clean. I love my attached garage which keeps my car protected during the winter. The maintenance team is awesome. My water stopped working due to frozen pipes and Caleb was at my doorstep within 5 minutes of our phone call. Amazing experience overall.

I’ve been at Lambertson for almost a year. Not a ban place to stay. I’ve lived in a smart apartment and it sucked.

I had the pleasure of experiencing exceptional service from Brian, the apartment maintenance guy. His speed and efficiency in handling tasks are truly remarkable. Beyond that, his kindness and quick responsiveness make him stand out. Brian's dedication to his work significantly enhances the overall living experience here.

Melissa was absolutely amazing! She gave me a tour of the 2 bedroom 1 bath floor plan, and was beyond patient in answering all of my questions. Will definitely recommend all of my friends to her (as well as Lambertson properties) when settling in the area

I’ve lived here for approximately 4 yrs. and I love it here. I haven’t had many maintenance issues with my apartment but the few that I’ve had - Brian has been quick to fix. Brian is very effective in his work. Thank you!

Recently had a tour for a lovely 2bedroom with a garage. We had the pleasure of having Melissa for our leasing agent. She was great. Not only was she knowledgeable of the property and surrounding area, but she was beyond friendly and a breath of fresh air compared to others in her industry. We unfortunately didn't lease the unit due to finding something closer to work but we will send others her way! Thanks again Melissa!

We have lived here for about a year and a half and really like it here. A very quiet community and maintenance request are done in a timely manner. Farin in the office is always so nice and helpful and has a smile on her face every time anyone walks in.

I lived at Lambertson farms for almost a year any time I had any problems I was able to get a hold of Faren who was a very personal person to talk to and she would help me out to the best she could she always conducted herself in a very professional manner. One of the reasons I moved out was I got a place closer to work otherwise I would’ve probably stayed there

My Pro's and Con's from living on this property for two years:Pro's: the front desk team is very nice, the grounds are well managed, the lake behind the property is a nice place to walk and I frequent the gym and there are a few close by that are very convenient, and plenty of parking.Con's: these are NOT luxury apartments. They're older, cracks in the molding, plastic covered tubs, different fixtures everywhere, dated appliances, and you can see where they just paint over whatever was left on the walls from the previous tenant. The tops of my kitchen cabinets were covered in grease and dust and were completely black when we moved in.There is a significant amount of crime in the area. Our car got broken into quite a few times, we had to change our ignition cylinder twice. You'll see lots of cameras on balconies for this reason. The price increase for rent upon resigning a lease may be steep. We signed in at around $1880-ish. When we resigned, they bumped our rent up 10%, $180. Had we not had our baby around this time, we would've moved at this point. So, be prepared for that if your first lease has a decent price. Now for my biggest gripe with this leasing team. I am not from Colorado and was not aware of this carpet law. Apparently, their carpet is supposed to last 5 years, YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR THAT CARPET LASTING 5 YEARS EVEN IF YOU DON'T LIVE THERE THE FULL 5 YEARS. In an email this leasing team sent, Andrea told me that she understood that I wasn't expecting this charge and I'd have to agree because THEY NEVER MENTIONED IT. Had they been a communicative leasing team at ANY point of me signing or resigning my lease, maybe I could've taken recourse to avoid this almost $1000 charge (yes, that much). I would've put rugs down AND brought in someone to properly clean the carpet. They cited high foot traffic in the living room and said they couldn't clean it. They judge this simply by looking at your carpet. (picture attached of the area. Lighter color is where our couch was). Now unfortunately my feet touch the ground when I walk so unless I knew this was a possibility, there was no way to avoid having the replace the ENTIRE carpet. Never in my years of renting have I ever encountered having to pay for a whole carpet upon leaving an apartment. SO, be prepared for that if you lease here.We weren't really charged a deposit (big warning). We had a dog that passed away a month after we moved in. We paid a $75 refundable deposit, $250 non-refundable deposit, and $25 monthly fee for him. To be fair the $75 was put towards my almost $1000 charge. That was our experience at lambertson farms. I would say there are better options out there when leasing. Unfortunately, the last interaction with this team has left me with a sour taste in my mouth. I think it's pretty despicable the way they handled this situation. I hope they learn from it and do better because I would assume they want all tenants leaving happy. Hope this was helpful for any potential renters.

We have lived here for almost 2 years and plan to sign again if the rent isn't raised by too much. Firstly, I want to say that any reviews with negative feedback about the office staff, specifically Chad, are downright incorrect. Everyone at the office is amazing, and Chad is a manager who really listens and cares about the residents living here. He helped my entire building get through a terrible situation caused by an unstable resident, and he did so with grace and kindness. Everyone else who works here is wonderful, including the front office staff and all of the maintenance staff that I've had the pleasure of meeting. They are all professional and extremely nice!Bad stuff first (then the good): the crime here is not the worst, but it's definitely a problem. Most apartment complexes deal with similar crime situations, so it's not like anywhere is much better. Cars do get broken into, balconies get vandalized, and stairways get pooped in by homeless people (I wish I was making that up, but unfortunately, that happened just after we moved in). We do get a lot of homeless people around the park next door or at the lake behind the apartment, and because they can access the apartments property, they do cause issues. Some are extremely respectful and kind, and I have no problem with those who fit that category. Others are dangerous, hopped up on drugs, and steal or trash our community. It is what it is, and everywhere around Denver has been dealing with this. I don't blame the management for this. What are they supposed to do? (We do have cop cars drive through regularly, so that's nice, at least, although I've never seen them get out and check out the lake facing side of the complex)Now the good: the apartments are wonderful. We paid more for the updated appliances, and all of them work great. Our A/C and heat have gone out a couple of times, but maintenance is always extremely quick to fix this for us! Kudos to them! The lake is wonderful to have, as is the park (when it's light out and safe, and not being trashed by vagrants). We walk our pups around the lake multiple times a day, and we've never had any issues. There is so much life here, and it's fun to watch! We have a resident fox, turtles, every kind of bird, lots of garter snakes (they are generally small and cute, buy occasionally my girlfriend sees a big one and it freaks her out), river otters, and a myriad of other animals (I cladding one shy coyote). Our building is what really sets this place apart, and for that we are very lucky! We have a small community in our building, and all of the neighbors are great and watch out for each other and each other's things. When thinking about moving, our neighbors are a large reason why we stay. It's great to have a community of great neighbors, and I have a feeling our building is not the only one like this!Pool area has always been great! Grills work and children can play freely, and while that seems to bother some residents, I personally don't have kids, but I think children being able to be children is a benefit of a great community and not a problem at all. Kids and parents here all seem super respectful!Again, the staff is too notch! I've never had such a great experience living in an apartment, and I think the staff here work hard to make that happen for everyone. Chad and Feran are awesome, and I've never been treated disrespectfully. Not once! This is a great place to live, as long as you realize it's still very much in the city, and understand that crime happens anywhere in the city. Put a camera on your front door so amazon packages don't get stolen, and maybe a camera on your balcony so your car doesn't get broken into. Good deterants that cost less than 30$ and make you feel safe.

This is for Chad he sucks and should not be in his position he is the epitome me of DbagsIn previous reviews, he claims to be Regional and then others. He claims to be the property manager. These are two entirely different positions. Clearly he is a liar and this is a red flag. Anybody who claims to different positions cannot be trusted,He should fix his cocky demeanor and poor body languageHe needs to be retrained terrible people skills poor representation of the property

We just renewed our lease here with Faren! We love these apartments so much. It is truly home here. Our neigh ors are friendly, there is always parking available, the grounds and amenities are kept clean, and maintenance responds incredibly fast. The office staff is responsive every time you call and amy/all issues are quickly resolved. I have to give Lambertson Farms a huge shout out because these are the best apartments I've ever lived at and the cost is truly unparalleled. Thank you Faren for helping us renew!!!
