Never went back after 8 years, replaced my back brake pads a couple months ago and calipers are still fine. What a joke that day was. Criminal even!!

The team here is so professional, helpful and patient! They did a swift eval to diagnose a sound I’m hearing in my sedan’s front end, and used a print-out graphic to help me understand the differences between my struts and shocks, and low control arms as we talked about the concerns. They also said the parts would be guaranteed for life. Definitely recommend.

Les Schwab used to be my go to for all my truck tires but their house brand backcountry and open country tires don’t last as long as they used to. They are clearly making cheap tires now don’t buy them.

A friend highly recommended Les Schwab. I went in for tire replacement, alignment, and brake pad replacement. Jose recommended the best tires for me and my drive style. He did not try and pressure me into more expensive tires. He went over all the warranty information and answered all of my questions. It turned out that the break pad sensor in my vehicle was faulty and my brakes were healthy and did not need replacing. They easily could have taken advantage and replaced both front and rear brakes. This easily saved me $1000. Thank you so much to Jose and Les Schwab for the great service.

In the spirit of being thankful this week, I wanted to write and specifically shout out Marco for helping me solve a problem and get what I needed done. I’ve come to this Les Schwab for years and have always had positive experiences. Due to some miscommunication, I had a less than ideal experience during an appointment Monday evening, but when I called back this morning (Tuesday), Marco was able to get me in and get everything taken care within the first few hours of the day. I can now travel safely for the holiday. Thank you Marco and team!

I purchased my 2nd set of tires there yesterday Thursday November 22 and they have improved the warranty. I had excellent customer service there for the 1st set I purchased a few years ago! I made the mistake of getting my back brakes serviced at Brakes Plus in October and they didn't do a good job! Les Schwab fixed the problems and now they work fine! I should have had them do them in the first place. Cameron gave me excellent customer service and explained everything perfectly! My advice is they not only sell terrific tires but they do awesome brakes and other services as well! I recommend them highly!

Set my appointment at 9:00 Wednesday 9:00 I said there was already somebody on the lift instead of be about an hour to get me in no problem I waited 10:00 came around the other truck still on the lift four guys standing around ask them again what time it'll be done set another 2 hours why not just pull it off the lift get the customer that's there waiting for the for him and get it fixed never going back there again Les Schwab is a joke
There goes my time away from work not the owners problem it's management get better people
