What a fun place! The front desk gentleman is a crackup, singing, and enjoying his time with all of the staff. Tammy is my favorite, she does such a beautiful job with my nail dip. When I asked for nail art, her designs are exquisite.Try them out, I’m pretty sure you will like them!

2 stars only because they were friendly. the Pedicure was pretty nice feeling but more on that momentarily, the nail part though, not so much. left with no apex, too much leftover acrylic on the sides, nails look like a roller coaster and every one is lifting badly just a souple of weeks in. I'm not sure if it is bad product, or bad application, but this set was BAD!!! As far as the pedicure, it was peeling first day. Within an hour of leaving there. I went because it was so close to my kids school, but I will not be back.
ALSO, sides were VERY uneven. Some were coffin shaped (which I asked for) and some were square. Lots of sharp edges that I had to fix.

This nail salon was recommended to me by a friend and I had a great experience. I was lucky to get an appointment with Emery and she did an excellent job on my pedicure. Will definitely be back.

Paid for deluxe pedicure. Nothing added to water for foot soak. She sprayed her metal tools with alcohol and immediately wiped them with towel (pretty sure it has to sit for ~10 mins to properly disinfect between clients). Used scrub for less than 60 seconds on each foot/leg. Used paraffin and removed it before it even cooled/firmed up. After callous remover, barely used purple buffer to smooth the heels. Massage was short and lazy and basic, the entire process lasting less than 45 mins. The deluxe pedicure used to be an hour and they used better soaks, scrubs, and lotions, with the callous remover.
Also paid for full set of tips on bare nails, with shellac manicure. Zero soaking. No cuticle trimming (unless you count the drill use to buff my nails). Zero cuticle softener. Afterwards was offered a squirt of lotion to apply myself- no massage, no cuticle oil.
The quality of service at this place has dropped drammatixally while prices have soared.
Their focus seems to be how many people they can get in and out, in the least amount of time, using sub par or watered down products (cuticle softener should not be the consistency of water).
I went there for the callous remover sander they use and even that was mediocre (hand held, cordless and low powered) at best compared to what they did before.

Truly wonderful experience; great conversation, nails are exactly what I wanted. Good price for complex designs, friendly and talkative staff!

I have been to Magic Nails a handful of times because it is so close. They aren’t my favorite but get the job done when I need it. Today was the final straw and I will never ever be stepping back inside. I didn’t have an appt and asked if they had time for a walk in mani. The owner said they could get me right back. As I sat in the first chair behind the front desk, the young girl barely acknowledged I was there and in the 10 minutes I was sitting there with my nails in the warm water she WOULDNT STOP TEXTING on her watch then ANSWERED HER PHONE as I was sitting there. She spent more time worried about her personal business than my time, experience and money. I politely told her I didn’t have time to sit and watch her text and answer calls and that this was not going to work. I walked out and will never be back. Hopefully they read this and can take some accountability for their actions. I was a walk in, if they weren’t ready for me, they could have let me know. If she needed time for personal reasons, she could have let me know. I’m glad I walked out before she really even started bc who knows how long I would have sat there watching her text.

I got my mani pedi on a weds for vacation. The technician cut me three times. I was understanding, but I get on vacation and by day 3 my nail polish was already falling off. My pedicure lasted exactly 12 minutes. I left a 20$ tip on a 95$ service and this was my result.

Thu lie was my nail tech. I came in with a picture very specific very simple nothing crazy. I then proceeded to let her do it and she’s not listening and I’m not joking. I’m being very serious because I was very clear on what I really wanted and walked out with nails I literally hate. I got none of what I wanted done and I still tipped good. ☹️ very disappointed I HATE MY NAILS.

Being a professional Manicurist and Pedicurist should be emphasize, in this place of business.... Your Employees that damage people's nails should held accountable....
This is what I want to share with you women and men! That receive service from these type of Nail parlors, remember if you are injured they are still liable and responsible by law to give the service you paid for!
