I do not recommend these pools if you have children in the spectrum. The lifeguards are super rude and they will yell at your children even if you apologize and explain to them that they're autistic.

I would give 4 1/2 stars, some things i personally like and dislike about this rec. The playground is very very nice, but if you go swimming in the indoor rec area. Some issues I had were that children under 18 that were in the lazy river are required to have a floaty. If you go on the slide it is very dark and has no lighting, it’s as if they relied on the sunlight to do something.

More than 4 times now we've been rushed out of the gym before the actual closing time. They close at 6, which is already early, but they don't care about their customers as people, they treat them like numbers on paper. By 545pm they approached us and shout, "that's it, we're done." Haven't been to a rec center with worse people skills yet.
The pros is that there's a lot of amenities and they offer badminton.

I would have given a 5 star rating as it is a beautiful rec center. But the simple fact of telling a little girl that she’s too tall to play in the kid section is not okay. We were here for hours and she was playing in the kid section with no issues. We then stood in the lazy river for a while and then she went back to playing on the kid section and it became a whole issue the second time. I did let the supervisor know that she was playing there earlier with no issues and the life guard did not say a thing. After telling my child to get out I saw kids just as tall and even taller playing but yet not one life guard said a word. We came to Denver for vacation and will not be coming back to this rec center. In which they have their life guards walking back and forth as if their in the dam military. They honestly look miserable.

I like that most kids there were with their parents. The younger chick at the front desk gave us awkward uncomfortable vibes. Hope she’s not there next time we go!
