Such a bad ass store with the best customer service. If you go here, you will find that they truly do want to help you and make sure you get the best they have to offer. If you're here, take the time to ask for Nancy. She is amazing and always goes so far above and beyond to help everyone. They really make you feel like you're being taken care of by someone who is not just after the sale, I have watched her help so much that it is mind-blowing. Don't believe me, go see for yourself, you won't find anywhere better to take your business.

I am an older lady of 74 years of age and anytime I’ve been to phones stores I always feel as if I am only frustrating the workers. I came by this store and the 2 employees were so helpful . The lady name is Nancy, she helped me take my phone out of this weird setting it was in . She explained everything to me a few times and went over it and wrote it down as well. She was such a breath of fresh air. I’ll always come back to buy my phones and pay my bill here . I felt wanted and not like I had to leave . I also bought a phone for my grandson that I got free and only paid very little for such a nice product'. Thank you Nancy and Metro.

Came here last week sat down no one asked if I needed help or let me know they'd be with me soon waited over 30 minutes no help yet. Left the store. Came back today Sunday 2-9-25 it's 4:30 pm store closes at 5 they locked the door and said they're closed. What kind of business is this?

This store is so so helpful! Nancy is the absolute best here and is so accommodating in every way shape and form! She took the time to go through my options as I've been a customer with metro pcs for over 10 years! Definitely suggesting her to everyone!

Nancy is Gold standard!! Talk about a shinning star.. she always goes out of her way with my family and myself. She gives pricing on phones, lines and phone cases as well as gives the best promotions! Always makes sure my information is transferred and so much more. I hope Nancy doesn’t ever leave . I’d be devastated.

Kenya is the best! She should definitely be given a salary increase. My issue has not been resolved yet but she was so helpful. What was more comforting was she actually cared and wanted to assist me.

A not very pleasant experience since after arriving we stayed for more than 25 minutes and they did not serve us and in that period of time a woman arrived and was served 5 minutes after arriving when we were already waiting for almost 20 minutes before, when they do not have If you want to work, it's better to go home and close the store so that people don't have to go through these desperate moments.

Anyone trying to get a Motorola razor I suggest not doing it I mean it was a great deal but not only does the phone suck but metro PCs is just as bad I haven't had a phone for weeks unless I paid more money and I haven't had time to take the phone to fed ex to get my phone repaired cuz it cracked were it folds in half and me and my dude got the same phones happened to both

They took my 55 dollar payment for the next month I tried to upgrade to the next tier plan and my bill went up ten dollars at which point they shut my service off and then when I tried to call their customer service they won't even let me talk to anyone because the service was canceled. I had to go to the website for a live chat. When I asked for a refund I was told no they don't refund...I was told to revert it through my bank which takes up to 90 days thanx alot metro I wouldn't suggest them to anyone I know...also the signal at my house which is in a major metropolitan area of Denver is the worst ...takes 5 min or more to load a YouTube short. ill be taking my money somewhere else. Highly disappointed what a ripoff
