If I could give this store a negative rating I definitely would staff is rude Amanda the manager is worse I was trying to make an exchange same item same price and she was so difficult and rude saying I had to return first then rebuy the same that exchanges where not allowed.

I just had the best experience at Michael's. I was looking for an inexpensive frame for a gift from our son, and Kendall helped me find something and even helped me put it together all the while being extremely nice and enjoyable to talk with!

Had my package delivered to Michael’s so that it wouldn’t be sitting on my porch free for anyone to take. Well, a Michael’s employee gave my package away to someone else with my same last name. Do they even check ID’s? Seems like anyone can go and say they have an ups pickup and they will probably get one to take home. Way to Michael’s, you did good at giving away a Christmas present. No sense of respect either, the lady acted like it wasn’t their fault but the shipping company’s instead.

Great customer service. Staff are always friendly and helpful! Closing manager sent above and beyond to help us out.
Only negative were the bathrooms. They needed some TLC.

I love this Michaels! It was very clean and organized. The atmosphere was very welcoming and cozy. The deals were fantastic and the selection of supplies were even better. The customer service was fantastic, too!

Love Michael’s ! They always have what I need in stock. There have been a couple times I buy stuff like premade fondant and the container had been previously opened and the product unusable

When I was shopping here I needed to use the restroom so I asked the blonde employee that was nearby if she could unlock it. She then walks over to an employee only door to retrieve the key, and as she opens it she threw something behind her that hit me in the face and then rudely told me “that’s not the bathroom” and had an attitude the whole time. Also bathroom smelled diabolical

Looks like they want to phase out people and "customer experiences" here. The self checkout stands are aggressively placed before any human checkout, and the one person working that checkout made it clear that they did not want to check me out and directed me to use the self-checkout, for which the hand scanner didn't work.
If I wanted to buy from robots, I'd go to Amazon, it's cheaper for literally the same items...
The only reason they get 2 stars is because I worked with the framer here before and she is amazing. Only reason for the store now.

Very clean, nice store. Our favorite! Also, just wanted to compliment Dennis on his kind customer service. We were struggling with bulky items at self check out and he helped us bag things up in a way we could manage. Big thank you to Dennis!

If I could give this location a negative rating, I would. We came in to look for some beads, home decor and frames. When approaching the frame counter I saw an employee and asked "hi, how are you today?" And got a response of "be right with you" as she disappeared to the bathroom. When returning, she asked what I needed and when telling her I'm looking for a certain size she said "over in that general area" and waved her hands. Very unprofessional. Not to mention when I went to purchase everything I had in my cart, the cashier's were too busy talking to help with my question about where their resuable bags were. I will never come here again.
