I scheduled an oil change for 730 they didn’t get my car in a bay tell 9 car wasn’t done tell 1030 watch the technician take my car around the block before pulling it into a bay (followed him in my girlfriends car) watches the person running the front counter call another Midas to found out what type of oil the person in front of me takes when I told wyman about the situation he was rude and said it was part of there service will not be back

Just took my equinox in for an oil change. They came back with $1200 in other work that is not the case. Tried to tell me my coolant cap was missing, it’s not. I have a leak in the oil line, I don’t. What a bunch of scam artists. Do not take your vehicle here they are not trustworthy they are liars and cheats

Don and Felicia were amazing. Very friendly and very helpful. I thought there was something majorly wrong with my car. After having checked the car out, it turned out there was nothing wrong with the car and the headlights just needed to be replaced. They were super kind and helped me put new ones in. Very trustworthy.

Time for oil change called made an appointment received friendly customer service and was given suggestion of back wind shield wiper needed to be replaced there was no blade
I then had Midas replace all 3 blades Thanks for great customer service 👍🏼

Had a great time over here . Got a simple tire patch and they did it for me for free. Gave me tips on what to look out for but didn't force a purchase on me . I will be coming back !
