The people were nice. Sometimes the office was over powered by the smell of smoke, so if you are sensitive to that you are warned. It was difficult to breath with the door closed. I also recommend you packing your items very well, and leaving nothing out in the open. I only used this storage for 4 months and my stuff was covered in a thick layer of dirt. There were spiders, spider eggs, and mouse poop on everything. I honestly wouldn't store here again it just made for more work, cleaning and disinfecting.
