Katie does an amazing job, she never disappoints. However the customer service is horrible..I take my nail appointments very serious and never scheduled on a time that will not go with my schedule. I called to schedule an appointment today for next week and they did not want to accommodate me because I was told that have canceled too many times or not show up..which is a complete lie. I asked if I can schedule for 4pm and they said no at 330 which makes no sense. They said that they didn't want to schedule me at 4 because I canceled too many times. I have only been coming here for 3 months. Which is 3 appointments and what they said is not true. They are pricey but I was willing to pay due that I like the work. I did schedule my appointment but now I do not feel comfortable going. I will not tolerate being told something I did not do. They must have been confusing me for someone else which also shows lack of respect. Now I will have to find a new place.

Best pedicure I’ve had in a while! And super affordable, the nail techs were super sanitary and everyone was very friendly. The service we got was fabulous. Thank you!

DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY. If I could give 0 stars I would. Came in as a walk in Saturday morning to get a basic one color acrylic set. He starts polishing my nails and polish is leaking all into the cuticles. I ask him to “clean it up” and he says “I charge $10 extra to clean cuticle.” I asked him how was I suppose to know that? Isn’t that included in price? why didn’t he say that when we started so I could pay to have it done!!?? Now we’re at the end painting and they look terrible! he had no response and only fixed the one cuticle. It honestly came off as if he thought I couldn’t afford it. I had to ask him to repaint and clean up multiple nails because he was rushing and it was messy. After almost 2hours of being there and him trying to fix it I was over it and just left. Save your money! Feel like he tried to take advantage and do a poor job.

I scheduled an appointment for 4pm and was sitting there for 30 minutes when I had to go and ask how much longer it would take. Only to be told it would take another 30 minutes by the guy there with a very insincere and nonchalant apology. When I came back I was still waiting for another 25 minutes. This is completely ridiculous and unprofessional the way they treat their paying clients. Very unfortunate to be a stay at home mom and to try to come to a place to be pampered to only be treated as less than!!

Paid $60 for simple nails and I hate them! They have bubbles in them.Each nail is shaped different. Just the worst time. I needed somewhere quick because I leave for vacation and this is what I get 😭😭😭😭 lesson learned. Never going back

Got a pedi this weekend they burnt my feet 3 times but i didnt want to be annoying so i gave them a chance, i paid for shellac and its been 4 days since i got it and the "shellac" is already peeling off ?

Was excited to try a new place. Overall I’m disappointed . I wanted just simple ombré. basically no filing was done underneath so they’re thick, and corners are very sharp. I ended up going home and filing them down drastically myself. She didn’t cIean the mess around the outside or underneath. I think I’ll only be back if I want a design, not something basic.
Requested style: Coffin ombré.

Worst customer service ever!!! Me and my mom sat here for 2 hours there was zero customers there but atleast 5 workers the woman doing my mothers pedicure left for a 15 min break to eat her lunch! Don’t go here! And I spent 400$ the last time I was at this location they have lost a very well paying customer
