This store needs major customer service. Sorry you guys are not paid enough to smile but you still have customers and high standards you have to meet. The one kid with spike fade is a push over and a liability waiting to happen.

Josh was super friendly and helpful. He helped me test my dead battery, pick out a new one, and install it AND had me out in under an hour all while being incredibly friendly. Definitely made me a returning customer of this O’Reillys.

First off AT&t service sucks here, so I can't even help the counter clerk, help me. Which brings me to my 1 star review. Hector was trying to help me and pulled up the basic item I was asking for. When I explained I only needed the o ring, it stopped him in his tracks. He walked away to get a container of O rings I can buy at harbor freight. Thank you.... I have already tried that.... Walked away to take a drink of his soda. The MGR was doing counts or verifying and heard out transaction, didn't offer to help. So I am on my own, just 15 minutes behind where I was. We go to the auto parts store to get parts but also simple help. And Hector didn't do anything more than what I could have done on Amazon. That's where you loosing business. Cause next time I will look at Amazon first and deal with that versus your counter help.
