The service was okay, but substandard for what you would expect for the price they charge. Our visit was at 12:00 p.m. on a Saturday, unfortunately no prime rib until 4:00. They brought our blooming onion, overcooked shriveled up and sitting in a puddle of grease, not very appetizing. As we sat through our meal we saw several come out looking edible, it was really disappointing Our waiter wasn't the quality control intervention to stop ours from getting the table. They must cook their steaks at 1200° because they turned to 13 oz ribeye into what it looked like a flank steak. Just like the hamburgers, they delivered, black on the outside, and over seasoned with garlic and salt. Here's the real kicker, the gift card that was less than a year old they could not find in their system. The $50 that has been received was not recognized by their system. Not only were we screwed on the quality of food but getting taken by them on a gift card. Waiter just advised to contact outback which turns out to be a useless suggestion. My thoughts to you:Don't buy outback gift cards!Tell them you don't want your food flash fried.Let them know that you don't want your blooming onion burnt.

I arrived on a Friday evening for a solo dining experience. My first visit to this location. I sat at the counter bar where Shawn and other wait staff provided exceptional service from greetings upon arriving to attending to my drink and food request. I like having a leisure and pleasant dining experience and I truly can say that is how I feel about this particular location. I even got to have a moment of charm when (I guess) a known young couple to all of the wait staff came to the restaurant to introduce their newly, first-born baby (probably more than a month old). All hands on deck really know how to care for new arrivals. To the manager who was kind to introduce himself, I say keep up the good work. I very much enjoyed the food and the atmosphere. Steak and coconut shrimp is delicious along with the side dishes. My drinks were agreeably provided over the time of my dining experience. Great job!

Super friendly and accommodating staff. Food was great. Gluten free menu which was a HUGE plus! I didn't even suffer from cross contamination which typically happens when I eat out. Would definitely recommend.Dietary restrictions: Gluten free menu

Prime rib was terrible. It was 30.00 and it was dry and tough. It was also very small. Not worth 30.00. Mushrooms were excellent.

6:30 pm on a Tuesday night, they have no prime rib left??? Went to celebrate 60th birthday, no prime rib. The filet was tasteless, as was the New York strip. So, they don't have prime rib, and they offer a free dessert. Not really the same thing. And, they tried to charge an extra drink to our bill, making up for that "free" dessert? The Cesar salad was so salty it was not edible. Very disappointed and will, of course, not return. Used to love outback, it's no longer worth your time ot taste buds!!
