Groomer did an excellent job of trimming my dog's nails. My dog makes it difficult to trim her nails - pulls away strongly. Groomer stuck with it and accomplished the job without hurting my dog or drawing blood.

1/20/26 approximately 8pm
Before walking in the door I observed a employee having an attitude cuz we were approaching the store
Stopped sweeping as rolling his eyes simultaneously putting his dust mop against window with attitude
The whole time we shopped 15-20 min it was as we were a problem
When paying my wife said give me a sec I need to transfer $ ( 2 min max) again attitude & eye rolling.
Dont feel sorry for THE BOY just a bad look if that's how he conducts himself on a regular basis

People here dont get paid enough to care and that’s obvious. Called multiple over the last few weeks during business hours and no answer. The last 2 times someone has answered I was put on hold until the store closed or for more than 10minutes. Take your grooming needs elsewhere. You cant even book online anymore either.

Fantastic employees. Always helpful and always happy to help. Fantastic on giving there opinions about everything ive had asked. Great people. One girl witht the glasses heard the convo and went ahead and help she went above and beyond to help a team member. They deserve a raise

Great service, nice people, excellent selection of toys, food crates,and supplies for all the animals that I could think of! And AWESOME prices to boot! What more could a pet owner ask for? Oh, and the store was clean and well organized!

Finding this store was amazing. They had Badlands Morsels not the freeze dried my doggie is use too but in a pinch it will work. Plus its a 20lb bag yes still expensive but worth it...Friendly store rep so pleasant when I called before i drove there and even nicer once I was there...i will be going back...THANK YOU PET SUPPLIES PLUS💜🙏💜
