I have been working with Roxanne Romero at the Thornton location off of 144th and Washington. She's absolutely AMAZING!!! She truly cares about her customers and goes over the top to help you. This is my favorite credit union ever!! If she leaves, I leave. Can't get anyone better for customer service!!

If you are looking for a new bank or would like to switch to a credit union, look no further.
Due to previous complications with my other bank, I had to find a new one and on a time crunch. After being recommended by a few friends to try out PMCU, Roxanne Romero took me in under her wing and was a guiding reassurance that everything was going to be ok. She was super helpful, knowledgeable and just absolutely the most charismatic person I have seen in a long time. She made me feel very valued and cared for in this stressful time. Although I have received very good service with all of the Premier branches that I have done business with, I would like to express my sincere appreciation for the Thornton branch. The staff and manager exude friendliness and efficiency. Whenever needed, they have gone out of their way to meet my banking needs and to help me resolve any issues. Truthfully speaking, I have not received such consistently pleasant treatment from any financial institution like I have from the Thornton branch. They make me feel that I am dealing with a small town credit union where I am known, not only as a customer, but as a neighbor. I wish to express my gratitude for their treating me as a valued customer and for having my best interests at heart. Keep up doing an excellent job.

Love having this location in Thornton for our personal and business accounts! Other Premier Members locations are quit a distance. I use it all the time and even ride my ebike there to make transactions.

Huge shout out to the AMAZING team at 144th and Washington PMCU! I am so appreciative of the way they help support my small business and my personal banking needs. This location is super convenient for me and honestly seeing their smiling faces can be the best part of my day. I have been banking with them for almost 20 years back when they were Boulder Valley Credit Union. Wouldn't consider banking anywhere else! Utilize them for small business banking, personal banking and loans. ROCK STARS!!

Been a member for over 10 years and I've never had to wait as long as I'm currently waiting now. After 15 minutes in the car lane with no movement, I came inside only to wait longer. If you have no one to man the drive through, please put up a sign!
