I was having a good experience here until I tried to gain access to my unit today (Saturday morning 8:30am) and it’s completely blocked off for concrete work. I got an email several weeks ago about construction causing disruptions, and it has. But nothing about being completely barred from my unit. I tried to go inside (closed) and then call to get an answer on when I could next get in but nothing yet.

Stephanie was super nice. Easy processes. Convenient.
That is where this good stuff ends. I have now been in the unit 3 months and by month 4 my fees have gone up $59. I tried to find out why my fees so drastically and was met with they are in-demand and need units. No there's a Public Storage every two blocks you're a rip-off. I would never tell people to rent from this money hungry cooperation. I feel bad for the staff for having to deal with the fall out of unhappy customers.

I had such a wonderful experience at this Public Storage location! From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Kristi went above and beyond to make the process smooth and stress-free—she was friendly, knowledgeable, and incredibly patient in answering all my questions. The property manager, Stephanie, was just as impressive. She clearly runs the location with professionalism and care, and you can tell she truly values her customers.
Both Kristi and Stephanie made what could have been a stressful situation into something simple and even pleasant. The facility itself is clean, well-maintained, and secure, which gave me total peace of mind. I can’t recommend this location enough—thank you Krista and Stephanie for outstanding customer service!

Stephanie was amazing. I scheduled to be there at 9:30 with her and she was even early. She is very nice and welcoming. It’s nice to have friendly people like that working for Public Storage

Great experience that earned my loyalty! I was in a really tight bind that was crippling my life.. All I needed was a place to store my busted car until I could find the right, new(used) one.
Everyone else turned me away but the staff here worked with me and made it happen!
With all the locations they have, they're sure to find you the right price you need that's near you. They're more affordable than competitors that I checked too. I have to point out again how welcoming the staff was, in particular Pam (and I want to say Gary? Whoever I signed up with initially but if his name wasn't Gary, I'll edit this later to give him his proper due.) The facility was clean and felt secure. Thanks again guys for the painless process! =]

I had a horrible experience with a storage company in the past, so I was nervous getting a new one. However, Bradley was in the front office when I arrived to complete my reservation, and he was super helpful and silenced a lot of my fears. His was professional, kind and didn’t hesitate to answer any questions I had. I felt like he saw me as a human, and not another nameless person. If you are looking to find a storage unit, I’d recommend calling and requesting Bradley to help with your unit.

Excellent customer service from Christie, who was very professional, friendly, and helpful in a challenging situation. Unfortunately, Stephanie’s unprofessional and toxic attitude detracted from the overall experience. I highly recommend this service solely for Christie’s exceptional assistance.

Everyone does all their business online these days, I just want to mention that now and come back to it later. I did my booking online and booked a 5x10‘ storage unit. When i arrived with my 5x9’ uhual trailer, I was able to tell almost instantly, that the storage unit itself would be able to fit inside the trailer. Did some quick measurements and it was 4.25x8’. which doesn’t sound like much of a difference but when you do the math, that’s 50sq feet vs 34 sq feet. If you think about things that are close to 16 square feet, think of a coach or a large fridge. while they have disclaimers saying sizes are appropriate. When you talk to the chat help they say, we do recommend inspecting the unit before you purchase it. Where was that option when I was using your online platform?? That to me is an insane approximation. it’s like if a gas station said, yeah it’s approximately a gallon of gas but you‘re only getting .75 gallons and paying for the full gallon. Sounds like false advertising to me. well I gave it them 2 stars because I didn’t have any other issues with the sign up or move in.
