Don’t be fooled by prices online or through the phone I got a unit for what I thought was going to be $60 a month and only after 3 months my rent went up to $90 when I was told rent rarely goes up here by the sells person…
Management it’s alright tho it’s hard to get a hold of them I had to call 3 direct days to get an explanation on why my rent went up

Would not recommend for trailer storage…
Had a utility trailer there for a few months. The person next to me backed into my trailer causing damage which was never reported until I came to check on it and found it. The camper next to me had the glass smashed into and broken into. They also tried to break into mine but my locks held. Customer service is great but location and security are not worth the risk.

So far I am happy with this facility. I love the walls that are in the units and that they have lighting. The property manager is nice and fun to talk to and she keeps the grounds clean. And I got a decent average market rate. We will see how long it takes before they raise it and go from there. Would def recommend.

The property manager here was great! Alyse made sure I understood the contract and the best way to protect my furniture. She really made me feel like family.

The staff are rude and bossy and the units are in poor condition, my first unit had a massive hole in the doorway that allowed you to see what was inside and they refused to fix it so I had to change units which they also charged me for while acting as if I was the problem for wanting a safe and secure unit.
I've also gotten lease violations for leaving only 3 minutes after close and told my code had been deactivated.
Will never use this company again for anything.
