This store is a mess! I reviewed it on google but today takes the cake! The store manager, Scott, was standing at the Starbucks counter when I approached to order. He was talking to the very nice young lady behind the counter. He saw me and didn’t mind me waiting. After only a few minutes he walked away and I proceeded to begin ordering. I was then rudely interrupted by him so that he can ask the nice young lady to show him something from inside the Starbucks booth. She apologized to me and went to comply. He looked directly at me and just waited for her to comply. No apology from him for being rude and interrupting my ordering. He truly needs to work on his soft skills with customer. Here is my google review…. With the history of this store… he may not have cared simply because I’m brown. ?♀️
