I had my windshield repaired by Mark. He went above and beyond and vacuumed my car and cleaned all of the windows! He did a great job, and was timely, and friendly! Thank you, Mark!I tried to call the office to figure out how to leave him a review specifically, but the automated system wouldn't allow me to speak to a human being. Ultimately, the system hung up on me.I really appreciated the front desk people and Mark for their friendly, service!

Don't fall for their commercials. Had glass replaced with them and didn't notice until the next day that the glass they put in my Lexushad a crack inside the windshield. I took it to the Lexus dealership to sell it. Safelite said it was under warranty and would replace it again. The Lexus store called to schedule it and was told since the car changed ownership, it wasn't under warranty and it wasnt covered even though the original replacement was never done correctly. They got the insurance money and the car never got a windshield. Don't believe there stupid friendly commercials.

This location made everything about getting a windshield replacement such a breeze and everyone was so nice. What a great experience. Adrian who helped me was fantastic, communicated everything so well and he went above and beyond. If I wasn't moving out of state this would be my go to for the future. 10/10 recommend!

I’ve called multiple times trying to schedule an appointment and I cannot talk to an actual person. I tried a bunch of different options from the automated menu, and all of them ended up with a hang up.

Had our jalopy of a car get smacked weeks ago and cracked the windshield pretty bad. Once we got into this place, found out they were understaffed and gave us the rundown of how effective everything will be for their work.Gave roughly 3-4 hours to completion, but kept us in the loop with every action taken. The technician named Kevin managed to get all our calibrations and installation done before the alloted time. In spite of all the things running against them.Give that dude a bonus!

I have a Tesla model 3. Giant crack through the whole windshield. Needed a full replacement. Had to make an appointment for the store. Since it is a Tesla it takes longer with the sensors. All day job. Which I was told ahead of time. Staff was very friendly, tech was knowledgeable, very honest, and the finished product looks great. I asked if I needed new windshield wipers, the tech said he didn’t want to sell me something he didn't think I needed. Honest assesment. Recommend location.

Provided me with quick info. for my insurance company. Great customer service! Cannot even see the windshield chip they repaired. Let's pray ? it stays and doesn't crack for them to have to do a complete windshield replacement. Thank you for being so kind ?

These guys changed out windshields on both my Tundra and F250. Dropped each off the night before and they were both done by 10am. They arranged it so I could pick them up after hours when I got off work. Very happy with the service. Done through insurance at no cost to me
