Stopped into this Sally's location yesterday for some hair color and nail supplies. Lauren greeted me with a very warm smile and was very helpful. She was sweet and polite and took her time explaining different brands to me. Whoever is in charge here give this gal a raise- she deserves it as she went above and beyond to help me! Will def go back just for her!

I’ve never been to this Sally’s it was my first time I needed to make a quick and urgent stop and was worried because I came an hour before close on a holiday but the employee Lauren made me feel beyond welcomed!! She greeted me and every customer with a smile and still came by asking each customer if we were finding everything alright! Have never seen such good customer service especially in a holiday since I know it’s stressful and angering working but she went above and beyond! I’ll definitely start shopping here more!

I came to return a curling iron. The young lady refused to return it. She said I had to make an account prior to buying it.
On the back of the receipt it does not state such thing. Good thing I didn’t give up and went to the sally beauty on Grant street. I got my refund. These people are ridiculous. Don’t go here to return or buy anything.

Don't bother shopping at this location. I have been in the neighborhood over 10 years and 4 out of 5 times when I go to pick up the stuff I need they are never in stock. Developer for the hair colors they carry, the hair color, the applicator bottles, all the basic things they should have in stock. Anytime I go to any other location they are rarely out of stock and it's been this way for a long time.

came here with my sister to get bleach & hair dye and the girl helping us (i think her name was shay) was extremely helpful! she explained what each product was meant for and how to use it! got everything we needed in less than 10 mins thank you!

the minute i walked in i was racially profiled. i’ve never felt so uncomfortable, i came in needing two things and knew exactly what I needed which amounted less than 10$. I declined help yet, they refused to leave me alone and even stood in the aisle behind me while I shopped. I will never return.

Don't come here. Clerk was not helpful and very rude. Asked for a setting solution was told she didn't have any. Found seven on the Shelf and asked her about them. She got very angry and refused to ring me up. The other clerk refused to give me her name.

I avoid this location at all costs, which is a shame because it’s less than 5 minutes from my house. The employee with red hair is extremely rude. The few times I’ve come in and asked her a question she is absolutely ZERO help. I don’t know if she just doesn’t have the knowledge to give me a straight answer or what. But her customer service is non existent and I’m surprised she still has a job. Will not be shopping here again

Showed up and was told that my order for two items hadn't arrived yet. Got into my car and saw that the store had canceled it before I arrived (TWO ITEMS). I was paying with a gift card given to me for Christmas and now have to wait for 5-7 business days for the refund so that I can re-order somewhere else.This location has never been anything but a dissapointment since I started trying to use it 3 years ago. Whether it's the employees, the stock, the quality of the products, etc.Avoid at all costs. The Grant St. location has never let me down!

The lady with braces is a doll. She was very helpful in helping me find hair dye that matches me. She also very knowledgeable about which products you’ll need along your process of at home beauty. She’s an absolute sweetheart.
