Don't come here. Clerk was not helpful and very rude. Asked for a setting solution was told she didn't have any. Found seven on the Shelf and asked her about them. She got very angry and refused to ring me up. The other clerk refused to give me her name.

I avoid this location at all costs, which is a shame because it’s less than 5 minutes from my house. The employee with red hair is extremely rude. The few times I’ve come in and asked her a question she is absolutely ZERO help. I don’t know if she just doesn’t have the knowledge to give me a straight answer or what. But her customer service is non existent and I’m surprised she still has a job. Will not be shopping here again

Showed up and was told that my order for two items hadn't arrived yet. Got into my car and saw that the store had canceled it before I arrived (TWO ITEMS). I was paying with a gift card given to me for Christmas and now have to wait for 5-7 business days for the refund so that I can re-order somewhere else.This location has never been anything but a dissapointment since I started trying to use it 3 years ago. Whether it's the employees, the stock, the quality of the products, etc.Avoid at all costs. The Grant St. location has never let me down!

The lady with braces is a doll. She was very helpful in helping me find hair dye that matches me. She also very knowledgeable about which products you’ll need along your process of at home beauty. She’s an absolute sweetheart.

Rebecca was very helpful and patient she was determined to help me with a color I loved and couldn’t remember or find she gave me recommendation and help me with finding it. I have been looking for the same color in the past and no one has put that much effort before to help me in the passed! Thank you Rebecca!

Very frustrated as the last three times I came after getting off of work was closed,I still had an Hour & a 1/2 left.I come right after work thinking I have plenty of time. Another thing that is frustrating is they never want to honor the prices marked for their inventory,they claim that the marked prices on there are not correct due to inflation and they have to find time to correct the prices but won’t honor the prices,makes you think that the difference is going to the employee rather than the business.hmmm?the manager is very nice (when there) and the other employees are a bit rude. Wished there was another location convenient & close

Well, I have to say I had stopped going to this Sally's location because for several years the previous staff made me feel like I was an imposition. No one was ever very helpful. I was pressed for time and even though I knew better than to shop at this Sally's, I entered anyway. I was warmly greeted by Rebecca who was anxious to help me find my products. She was busy answering the phone, tending to other customers and unpacking boxes but still came back to me to answer my questions and offer her personal suggestions for exactly how to use the products I needed to purchase. Fast forward 4 weeks. I went back for more products and found Rebecca to be as helpful if not more so than before. The product I wanted wasn't on the shelf so in the middle of eating her lunch, she stopped and began to open and search 4 or 5 different boxes before finding the product I needed. I am very impressed with Rebecca's work ethic and Sally's has a true asset in her. Whatever Sally's is paying her, it isn't enough! Nice to find an employee who goes the extra mile. Keep up the good work, Rebecca!!!

Love the people who work here! They are so attentive, even when they are busy stocking up their shipment of the week. I was so lost on if my choices were the correct ones, and one of the ladies helped me out right away without me even having to ask! They are so nice and knowledgeable I’ll always come here ☺️

You guys seriously need more staffing. I’ve come here more often than I’d like. The lady working here is nice but can’t even go to the bathroom because no one else is working besides her… and then I made a trip here and it’s closed until 2:15 for lunch… that’s over an hour lunch… there’s always signs like this. I can never shop when I need to when they should be open. My mom was a manager for a Sally’s for years and she never could leave the store as such; unless there was someone else to work.

This store has done an absolute turn around. It used to look like complete trash and the staff was rude and always avoiding customers. The new manager is absolutely amazing!! I think her name is Kelly. Her and her staff members went out of their way to help me. They were so much fun to be around. The store looks gorgeous and is now such a positive environment. I will be back several times a week now. They are stuck with me lol.

I had the most horrible experience ! The lady behind the counter was the worst I asked why no one was answering the phone I’ve been calling since 10am in regards to my online the lady decided to go to lunch at 4pm on a Friday .. i when I asked her who her manager was she proceeded to tell me she was the manager and refused to give me her name or the number to cooperate I’m very disappointed I will never return to this location or any Sally’s .. the service horrible and I don’t recommend them what so ever .
