Worst customer service ever! I bought a freezer and hauled it down into my basement, noticed it had a big dent on the side. The freezer works fine and I would’ve been OK with the percentage off for a dented freezer. When I went to the customer service to speak to them about this issue they said I had to haul it back in and return it or exchange it for another one such an inconvenience.

I used my scan and go and i saved so much time not having to stand in long lines both check out and snack food i like it alot recomend to use. I used the family bathroom and i would say on busy days they need more attention very dirty.

Wonderful experience, cheap membership, employees are happy to work there, layout is quick and simple as well. The food is very cheap and high quality, and the atmosphere is perfect, truly marvelous example of a successful chain

On 11/4/23 we came in to return a piece of jewelry and was highly satisfied with the way Zack took over and care of us. He went above and beyond his duties and was extremely patient with us. We couldn't be more grateful and he definitely deserves more recognition! He's an amazing manager, worker, and overall human! We will be back because of him. Thank you again, Zack.

First time visiting to use my membership and waited 15 minutes in line at the service desk just to be told by a very rude employee that they didn't have any membership cards. This after I walk up and no, hello no thank you for waiting. She helped one person for 15 minutes and had 8 people in line and didn't think to call for help. I asked for a Manager and the guy that comes over is the same guy riding around on a cart retriever doing everything except managing. While leaving I'm walking out and say, "Have a good day" to the person checking receipts and she just looks at me without saying a word. Wow can I get a refund and directions to Costco? Updated Review- Your canned response for every situation at your establishment conveys the type of seriousness of your response. Sadly people will still feed your greed. Not me though.

This place definitely is getting worse. The last couple of months, we haven't noticed how trashy this Sam's Club is. You can't even have a good shopping experience because there is trash around the club. Like what is management doing with this club. They need to find a good store manager. My wife asked an associates to help her to find the trash bags, and she sent her to the other side of the store where we couldn't find it. The associate instead of helping us to find the product she was eating while talking to other associate. I think the name of the associate was levea, she was really rude. Of she was like that with us, i imagine how she is with other poeple. They need to train their employees properly. Definitely we are going to another Sam's club. I don't recommend this location to anyone.

My wife and I keep finding thawed and re-frozen food in the frozen section. Some of the prepared food looks anemic, constantly find bad strawberries, and onions and underripe vegetables. Tried returning some bad pork that soured after just TWO DAYS and the female worker at their membership desk was rude with an attitude. And don’t get me started on the bad attitude with the employees you can find on the floor when they aren’t hiding - why are all of the workers miserable? I’d rather get my groceries at Costco, turned off my auto renew at sams , letting my membership lapse. What did I expect from the Waltons

It was a really good day today I found some bargains on kids pj's and clothes. I even found a few employees to joke around with. They were very helpful and answered my questions on some mattresses I was inquiring about.

Member for quite a while now. Best gas prices and great for buying groceries in bulk. Well worth the trip from my home in the mountains to save money. Sam’s credit card has really good cash back rewards!

They treat their employees like dirt, most management will not help their associates and don't set them up for success, often leading to failure and wrongful terminations. The store was good months ago but now is just a former husk of what it once was.

It's Sam's though this place is remodelled and super clean. Nicer than the one that we go to.If I'm the area I will for sure frequent this place.Guy a membership and as most Sam's are now it is self-check out. Shopper tip, have your UPC codes facing upward or expedient check-out. Maybe even two cart for quick scan.Blessings to all.
