For over 30 years I have had a serious maintenance agreement on my appliances. A year ago I was told I needed to switch to a warranty plan. In the last year, I have had multiple issues with my refrigerator in regards to the icemaker in freezer side. Having to pay $100 for a technician to come out and tell me he can’t do anything to fix the freezer in the water Issue that keeps reoccurring. I keep having small puddles of water leaking onto my wood floor at the bottom of the freezer. The raptor came out, advised that the refrigerator needed to be replaced because of all the issues. The Sears rep that he talked to said that there could not be a replacement issued on the freezer.

I believe his name was Johnny older gentleman he was wonderful it took a few times 1st appt he ordered a new part thinking that might be issue after 2 more appts no show and just reschedule after sitting here all day another tech came out was worthless did a video appt and texting Johnny came back out today and seems to have fixed issue so far.

RJ is good about letting me know an eta, which is helpful. He's very personable, shows attention to detail and offers possible causes when things aren't so obvious. The frig has been challenging and more than one tech has worked on it. I hope it's solved this time and the fan isnt a defective part again!

Michael was great, but appointment time was way off schedule. System should have updated. 5 hours difference is not acceptable. Should have been notified by a person. We didn't even get a text.

The price for repairing my front load clothes washer was sky high. Just the part was over $900. I'll look for a cheap washer. The estimate was $1400 to repair an old Kenmore. The tech was ok, he must be New and kept calling his mentor. The link leading to this review page is a joke! It flashed the techs name so fast that one cannot even read his name and it appeared that Sears gave him a 5 Star rating on that page, not me. Their tech needs experience with talking to customers and he deserves to gain that experience, I'm sure he'll do better with experience. Practice like learning to play an instrument. Maybe try reading a book outloud, I did and found it very helpful.
