Most unprofessional agency I’ve had the pleasure to work with. Calling in to get help after filing a claim ( agencies sell products to consumers and its in the best interest to maintain a customer base, helping clients and prospective clients if claims departments are not responding ) The woman I spoke with was impatient and could not be bothered, in fact was extremely inconvenienced at the thought of doing her job.

What great people! I had used their services many years ago and returned to them when I was looking to switch agencies. They have always been very honest, professional and make you feel so welcome when you enter their office. I love that this is a family run business and how much they give back to their community. They try their hardest to get you the best deal possible and are very informative and transparent when you have questions.

Went in today around 2ish door was LOCKED paper said "left for change." The lady went in front of me to unlock the door. She then helped the people BEHIND me even after Making Small conversations with me as we went In the building. Claiming she didn't know I was there first but I was at the door she needed to unlock. Unprofessional
