I had an accident in July where I hit a median and it damaged two tires, a quill and a strut. So service king set in the long run. They took my car to peak auto for the repairs, and when they disconnected the strut, they should have seen that the CV axle and the lower control arm was damaged. They tried to straighten the lower control arm which cannot be straightened and put the car back together. Gave it to me and said it was fixed in the long run. It was not fixed because the control arm and the CV axle caused extensive damage to my transmission they spent six weeks, trying to prove that they were not liable for these damages. Then called me and said they were going to send me to collections for a tow bill. I would not recommend this shop for any repairs.

Service king is the most horrible shop to take anything to. They supposedly fixed my car after an accident by sending it to Peak auto and another auto place who didn’t even look at it. The representative at service king called my insurance, and said it was not damaged due to the accident which it very well was and is I have spent two weeks trying to clean up this mess with my insurance, the worst place you could ever take a vehicle it’s service King in ThortonServices: Transmission

if you want your vehicle fixed by someone who knows what they're doing don't take it here. my wife had to take her car here due to insurance and they've been but trouble. support someone who actually cares about business.

If I could leave zero stars I would. They kept my car for almost 3 months. The first few weeks they did okay updating me but after a few weeks it was radio silence. I had to call them to request updates and they were always waiting for parts or the car was waiting for paint the following week. I ended up having to leave the state for work so when my son finally picked the car up he noticed a huge dent on the passenger side fender and a crack in the windshield that was NOT there prior to leaving the car at this shop. This place is terrible! One star is too generous!Services: Painting

I think they were reasonable and quick to fix my bumper. The staff was very friendly. Had to have my bumper replaced, and they did an awesome job. I just wish they didn't do insurance claims only.

I never do this but the service is bad. I have been there 3 times to get a simple estimate on my car for body damage. The first 2 appointments they made me reschedule due to not enough staff. This Is after I already took off work to come in. The 3rd time I actually got someone to look at my car after waiting 30 minutes past my appointment time. I haven't heard anything back yet it has been 3 days and I have called and left 2 voice-mail to try to see what the estimate is. No email no call back no text.I feel like trying to work with this place is a waste of time.Service: Body & Trim

THE WORST place to get your car done!!! They will hold your car and add new charges to your vehicle. They've had our car for almost TWO months for small door damage. They keep saying they're finding more and new things to keep the car. We've had to pay out of pocket for a rental car and they DO NOT CARE. It was supposed to be ready on the 9th of February. It went in on the 6th of January. It's now going to be "ready March 1st." RIDICULOUS!!!!! Save your time, money, peace of mind. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE !!!

Champions they are NOT. They are rude, have terrible service, and refuse to take responsibility for their mistakes. Their phone staff is rude and does not listen when provided information. They don't even know if they have your car 1/2 the time and then will cop an attitude when you point that out. They scheduled me a month in advance. We assumed it was because they had to order the parts, nope. They waited until we dropped off the car a month later to order the part, then the part was delayed. Meanwhile, my car is in pieces, they have neglected to get other parts of the scope completed. They are counting on keeping your car for at least 20 days, told to me directly by the GM, "we usually have insurance coverage to work with for 30 days so that is what we try to hit". Meanwhile, my coverage is exhausted, even though I waited until the very day we dropped off my car before we got our rental. They gave our first estimate with the wrong car info, the second took, forever to get, now they have had our car for three weeks and who knows how long after that. If it wasn't for State Farm forcing us to use them(even though that is illegal per statute), we would have gone somewhere else. Even the GM is terrible. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! RUDE AND BASIC AT SERVICE KING/CRASH CHAMPIONS.

The customer service was amazing. Francesca who is helping me with my repair made sure to make the experience wonderful day even had my car ready almost 10 days before it was supposed to be done. They kept up on the communication of what was going on with my car and how long it would be overall it was the best experience I’ve ever had with any auto body shop. If I ever need any work done on any automobile I will definitely go back.Services: Painting

If ANYONE, including your insurance company suggests you take your vehicle in to Crash Champions for body work, don't walk, RUN. This is the worst body shop in Kenosha Wi. The former owner, and an old school mate of mine ran this body shop for many years and did the best work in the city. Crash Champions bought him out when he retired. My insurance suggested I used them. Worst advise ever. 5 weeks and I finally got my vehicle back. I visited 3 different times only to find one person working on it. After being rude about the time, they got the idea that I was not happy. My final visit, there were 4 people working on it. Coincidence? As for the delay, I was told that the pandemic and delays with getting parts was the reason. One week I was told that the parts had arrived, only to find out that they told the insurance company that a part arrived 4 days after they told me the parts were there. On that final visit, I was told that the final parts arrived, 5 weeks after they knew what parts the vehicle needed. Seems odd that you tell me the parts are there, but seem to be showing up long after. The Service person I dealt with, Tyler, was more interested in my weekend or Thanksgiving then getting the car done. At one point, I called Corporate, and left a message to get a call back. It never came. I guess the Founder and CEO, Matt Ebert, is too busy traveling and kissing butt so he can receive a SEMA award. What makes this interesting is that I spent 10 years in the auto manufacturing industry. I worked in virtually every department. Motor Division, Metal, Pre-trim, Trim, Paint, Repair, and Final Inspection. Listening to Tyler, you'd think I was a moron. To sum things up, never, I repeat, NEVER take a vehicle to Crash Champions after an accident. You'll get double talk. To put things in perspective, they pee on your leg and tell you it's raining. Worst business I've ever dealt with.
