I can nearly see this store from my house, and I will gladly drive over an hour to a different store in the future.If I wasn't coming in to urgently replace a broken phone, I would have walked out and switched carriers. I'm pretty certain half the employees didn't look up from their phones, they had the default touchscreen noises on, and the phones' volumes were louder than the loud music that was playing. The manager basically threw the phone at me and told me to set it up myself at home, so I had to get with Customer Chat for the next 6 hours dealing with start-up issues. It was super cool how TMobile doesn't stock S23 screen protectors because the S24 is ALMOST here.Thank you for making this day as painful as possible!

Extremely rude and unprofessional manager and staff. We attempted to resolve a bill that was charged to our account after service was cancelled. They told us on customer service call that our account was cancelled so they directed us to the retail space. There were about 7 employees/manager in store with no other customers. They said account was closed so we needed to call customer service. Young employee was extremely rude to us in front of manager and manager would not offer any support so this seemed to be managers instructions on customer service. They billed us for unused month and said we should receive a check in a month or so in the mail.

I arrived in passing to unlock my cell phone and Miss Noemí helped me and she was very attentive and helpful, something that I really liked. It's a pleasure to deal with people like her, I recommend it 100%

Went to do a quick upgrade and the guy I was working with was doing his minimal to help me get upgraded. Wouldn't they another iPad or ask for help with his coworkers. Do not recommend this location.

I wish I could give this place negative stars,I would rather smash my testicales’ with a hammer over and over again than ever have to go in this store again. And 611 doesn’t care. I’ll pay a dollar more to be treated like a human and go with

They don’t even know their own company’s promos. Don’t waste your time. Call the 800 number and order from corporate directly.

Byron was very helpful, he was very profesional and very knowledgeable. He even stayed longer from his shift to make sure we had our service installed.

They messed up twice, I mean TWICE. They didn’t even let me know. They do not double-check things. This is their job, not mine. Next time, I’ll order online and do it correctly. Super shady, especially Christian.

Went to buy new phone. Person who helped me not friendly or helpful with my questions. Had to go back for help with phone 2 times. Both of those people were very helpful.

The place was really crowded but they got to everyone quickly. I thought I would need a new phone but they showed me how to fix my problem without trying to sell me something new.

Update—- It’s been 4 days and no reply from anyone at the store.We just had a horrible experience in the T Mobile store on 120th by Target. We went in and explained that we had been tossed back and forth between customer care and the stores. I spent over 4 hours messaging with customer care when I got my new phone because they kept messing up my account. Then I finally got my new phone but still needed to fix my account and return my old phone. The person who we spoke to in the store said his name was Brighton. He acted bored to be at his job and annoyed to help us from the beginning. When I showed him that my email said that I could bring the old phone back to the store he gave us more attitude. He said the system won’t let them do it and he would have to print the label, box it up and then we would have to go mail it. My Husband and I were discussing how the whole process of me getting a phone had been a nightmare and not made sense. That is all 100% true. Brighton snapped at us and said “Do you want me to do this or not? You’ve been complaining since you walked in the door.” My Husband and I were stunned to say the least. Every single issue we have had is valid and not customer friendly at all but Brighton’s rudeness was so over the top and unprofessional. Not one time did we raise our voice or snap at him until the very end because we were so caught off guard by his actions. At the end, my Husband asked for his name and expressed to Brighton that he had been rude since the beginning. Then we left.To be honest, the only reason I am staying a T Mobile customer is because my Husband has been a long time employee of T-Mobile corporate. If I was a regular customer, I would be leaving T-Mobile and wouldn’t have gotten a new phone at all.I want to be contacted by someone who can make a change at this store please. No customer should go through this much trouble with a phone.

Christian was very helpful and knowledgeable. He did not rush us and explain everything. Best experience with T-Mobile since I got my phone in 1998. He should get a bonus.

Employees were rude to people waiting and rude when helping. Frequently cut me off mid sentence. Un-carrier? More like un-friendly.
