I often go to Tejal for fresh Indian vegetables and groceries, and it's been a pretty nice experience over the past few months. The veggies are consistently fresh with a great variety available, and the prices are quite reasonable. The owner is super friendly and always eager to assist and respond to any needs. I'm pretty sure that as long as I'm in Boulder, Tejal will be my go-to spot for all Indian groceries, and I highly recommend it to others too.

Wife and I come here for any Indian food we need. Has more than most other stores and is super helpful in getting what we need. Even if you are not looking for a indian meal ot is worth it to check the store out, lots of variety.

We visited here yesterday and had a fantastic experience. The customer service was most excellent and one of the best aspects of our visit (reminded me of the friendliness I experienced in India.) Everything from incense to produce and all the spices you need to do Indian food authentically. I was prompted by a recent purchase of The Kerala Kitchen which I highly recommend. What we couldn't find on our own the friendly owners helped us find. And I was excited to see fresh curry leaves in the refrigerated section, a first for me!

Every time I get a stuff from here, I always find one item that is expired and or close to it. The prices are pretty darn high and the lady at the counter isn’t very polite. I don’t recommend this place. There are other Indian grocery stores that I would try next time.

What a great experience! They have everything. The lady working there could see I was having a difficult time with walking, so she let me sit down on my walker and took my list and got things and brought them to me for approval. I had been trying to get things through Amazon but their prices are outrageous! Like 3 to 4 times what Tejal charges. They had a lot of produce too. I stocked my kitchen very affordably. It's a very fun store to just wander in and explore. I will definitely be going back.

Prices are through the roof of a 10 storey building, absolutely nuts. Any other Indian store in the country, including California, my groceries would have cost me half as much. I do not recall seeing a single price tag on the shelves while shopping. Purposefully deceitful, and going by other similar reviews, this seems like a trend. Beware, you've been warned!
