I love going to this shop. They are very friendly and knowledgeable. I like that I can get my receipts emailed to me, saves on paper and easier to file away.

The employees are good people.The products seem inconsistent .I paid $30 for a Esco 6000 puff and the vape wasn't functioning correctly. Escobar vapes usually last me while. This one only lasted a couple days (6000 puff) til it stopped wanting to work properly. The battery was faulty, vape kept making suspicious noises, kept turning on when I wasn't even using it. Also a lot of juice leaked out of the bottom. ?

I do not recommend this shop. I specifically told the individual working there that I wanted a specific juice with specific ingredients. He sold me juice that did not meet my expectations and assured me this was what I was looking for. The worker was overly confident and acted as if they knew everything and no matter what you said did not matter or incorrect. This shop just wants to make a quick buck and has no interest in the well being of its customers or creating long customer relationships. **Don’t buy from this location**

Would be a lot better if the guy at the counter was actually friendly and not bothered by anyone coming in. Get a different job if you hate customer service.

Great prices on hardware and they have cotton bacon, very hard to find shops with it. Very clean and modern inside with very nice staff

The absolute worst establishment of any kind let alone vape shops. I bought a new mod and some juice last week. Spent approxiamately $150.00. Although I wasnt given a receipt I felt good about the transaction. The guy working behind the counter seemed and was extemely knowledge and had the products I was looking for...skip ahead 5 days and I was changing out the batterys in my new Aegis X and the battery flap would not close properly. So I took it back to see what could done. Not only did the same guy who was working when I bought the new mod not even look at my broken mod, but refused even acknowledge there could be something wrong. Then told me if I had a problem to call the company that made it.If anyone is ever in Thorton and contemplating on going to the Vape Shop 3. I would discourage those thoughts and go to Elite Vape...they are friendly have a great selection and actually treated me like they wanted my money
