Writing this review after long time. But, this is necessary. Store is good but manager and senior staff at this store are resist. It was really painful experience. Felt humiliated. Still brought two goggles, purfume and t shirt.

I was shopping today and the store was extremely unorganized. I was not able to tell what was Mens vs women’s. I wanted to try on a pair of shoes they do not have benches to sit. The music they played was in an entirely different language. The workers don’t speak English. I purchased a pair of pants and the associate rung them up for $25 more than they should have been. I told him and he checked and adjusted accordingly. He did not say hello, thank you, goodbye or anything.

Visiting from Australia and once again had an amazing shopping experience.The staff are as helpful as always and had a laugh.Impeccable value too.

Terrible customer service here! Am not one to ever comment anything bad about anyone. We are all entitled to a bad day but they took the cake here!! A guy basically moved us from where we were looking at kids clothes which shirts were not all folded right on the shelves but not by us we had just gotten there. And this guy grabs the pile that we were looking at of shirts, takes it and basically tosses it to side and starts folding them and then we move on again he does the same again to next pile. We did say sorry but they were not moved by us and he just had a bad attitude. If you are in customer service you should be better. Especially if the the customers have not done a thing o you! Not coming back

We had our worst experience returning a laptop bag. The bag was damaged by hand sanitizer, by me, shortly after purchasing it, so we went to the store to see if there would be anything they could do to help us. We were told there was no one in the store at the time who had the authority to decide. All we wanted to know was whether it was possible to return/exchange/get a store credit, a simple Yes or No. Mind you this wasn’t the only bag we purchased from this store, but the only one that got damaged. Next time we called before going in, explained and we’re assured that either a store credit or exchange will be made. When we went into the store, explained them the THIRD time they said, “we cannot do anything, it was damaged after purchase” (which we never denied). The store manager was strangely rude. They said “we told the person who called that we don’t do exchange/store credit for items that YOU damaged”, which is obviously a lie or you just don’t know who answers your phone and talks to your customers, or works at you own store. We only went into the store after confirming first on the phone. Now mind you, this was a 100% polyester bag. We live in a world where using a hand sanitizer is the norm and it sometimes gets on other stuff. I expected better customer service from a STORE MANAGER of TOMMY Hilfiger. They finally agreed to do a store credit (with ultra sour faces of course, they made sure it was hard to miss), but unfortunate for them the young associate who was processing the store credit accidentally ended up refunding us the entire amount. This was again met by snide remarks from the lovely store manager. I would like to end this by saying that I hope Tommy Hilfiger starts training their store associates and most importantly their rude managers so one doesn’t say one thing in the store, another doesn’t say some other thing on the phone and the third person (manager in this case) does not treat the customer the way we were treated.
